Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, Waste management has not addressed the issue of refunding my moneyEither for past services paid for and not rendered, and current and future services not receivedWaste management requires their customers to pay in advance and I have paid for services currently from August until October I am requesting a refund of current payment and for the days from January until July that my trash was not picked upon August 17, I called waste Management and asked to speak to Nancy [redacted] and she was not available and the person I spoke to said she had to research my compliant and speak to Nancy [redacted] and call me backI am still waiting on that call

I have the contract that we signed that said WM would be giving us free trash cansNo where in the agreement does it indicate that those trash cans remained the property of WM, leaving anyone that reads the document to understand that those trash cans are given to us to keepIn addition to the written document that was provided showing they would give us free trash cans, there was multiple verbal confirmations at the time of signing the agreement that the trash cans belongs to usI've attached a scanned version and a picture version of the documentThe picture is because my signature doesn't show up on the scan
