I ordered a product from Weather Tech product for a Christmas gift on 12/9/19 in the amount of $138.19. The gift was not needed and the box was never opened. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT WEATHER TECH BY PHONE OR BY EMAIL USING THE RETURN FORM TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES. THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER AND OTHER DIRECT PHONE NUMBERS PLACE YOU ON HOLD - THERE ARE ALWAYS HUNDREDS OF CALLERS AHEAD OF YOU. THIS IS RIDICULOUS - HOW CAN THIS COMPANY CONTINUE TO RUN *** CONSTANTLY WITH THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE? I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT - HOW HARD CAN THAT BE??????

I believe you were contacted on 1/8/20 from one of our WeatherTech Representatives and given an *** and sent a return label for the merchandise. As soon as we receive the return we will refund your account.

I purchased the weathertech phone cup holder that has been advertising on tv for months and it does not work in vehicle, they have a 30 day return policy and I have contacted numerous times by email (says thank you for email and representative will contact shortly) that's been 2 weeks ago and by phone (on hold for minimum 1 1/2) to not ever talk to a live person to get return taken care of. Not happy with product and would like a refund. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered 5 items on 11/12/19 for Christmas presents and needed to return 3 of those items. The holiday return policy extends their regular 30 day policy to the end of January. I called for a RMA to return these items. The automated call system says anywhere from 130-190 calls ahead of me. I waited numerous times on hold for 30-45 minutes and my place in line only moved 20 calls ahead. After 45 minutes the call was disconnected regardless of how many calls were ahead of mine. So I went on Weathertech website on 12/30/19 and filled out the return request form they have available. I received a confirmation email saying they’ll be in contact with me shortly. I waited until 1/6/20 and hadn’t received an email back so I sent a follow-up email and still no response. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had with a company. I’ve ordered Weathertech floor mats and window shades for all my vehicles in the past and they are a perfect fit. This time I decided to order seat covers and a cargo mat for Christmas. The fit is way off leaving gaps and is not secured properly even though the products are listed for our vehicles in the drop down menu selection. On top of all this the holiday return policy is so vague that I’m not sure they cover return shipping or not. I‘d imagine they would send a prepaid return label with an RMA but can’t even get a response back for a return. I gave them ample time to respond back. Weathertech will not be getting anymore business from myself or anyone I know looking for products they offer. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a company to conduct business. I understand it’s the holidays but most companies are prepared with extra staff for holidays.

We apologize for the inconvenience. A WeatherTech Representative reached out to you yesterday with Prepaid *** Labels for your return. As soon as the items are received a *** refund will be issued.

All the warning signs were there. Their website stated that 99% of all orders ship within 72 hours. Then the ambiguous caveat. If you happen to be one of those rare and unfortunate individuals in the 1% it could take 5-7 Business Days plus an additional 5 business days shipping. Translation - your order should take 72 hours but it also could take over 400 hours. If you believe the 99% marketing hype I have a bridge to sell you. It's odd how this works but my payment was taken within minutes of the order but nothing else has any sense of urgency. Over 200 hours after payment the online status was hung on "In Progress". I opted to email my inquiry for status update and (of course) it was totally ignored. I had no resort but to call and as the clock hit their advertised office hours I got the infamous recording that I'd reached them outside office hours. I hit redial and BAM I got an even worse recording that I was #23 in the queue! LOL Keep in mind that the website states shipments are via *** Ground so when shipped I'm looking at 3 day delivery maximum. When my lucky number (23) came I just asked them to cancel my order. A quick check revealed that was impossible because my order shipped YESTERDAY. OK, even though my official status is still hung on "In Progress" I will receive the product in 48 more hours if shipped *** Ground yesterday. But wait, there's more! When asked for my Tracking Number I get this 22 digit number that's clearly NOT ***. It is ***. So, if shipped yesterday that's going to add a minimum of 120 hours for delivery via ***. But wait, there's more! The tracking number is from a created label NOT any shipped order. *** does not have possession of any package.. NOTHING HAS SHIPPED! I failed to mention that my half-hour on hold was filled with Christmas music and holiday greetings (a full 18 days after the fact) along with invitations to visit their beautiful showroom in Bolingbrook, IL. I have to break it to you, if you actually travel to Bolingbrook, IL to tour a car mat factory store you probably lack purpose in life and should seek some professional help. WeatherTech is obviously one of those companies that relies totally on Marketing Hype with absolutely no substance.

Mr. you have a true complaint and this is totally unacceptable. We sent these via the US Postal Service and they are still in their hands. I do apologize. For the inconvenience we are shipping today *** overnight and refunding your *** account - please accept our apologies.

Placed an order on 12/19/2019 for the CupFone with extension. As of today it still shows ordered by not shipped. Called last week and was #267 in the que and was on hold for 1h 8m and finally spoke with a customer service agent. Was told the card did not go through. Not sure why as this was an Amex gift card that was used. We never received a call or email stating this. Gave agent a different card to use and was told she would send the information to the appropriate department. On Jan 4th saw a charge for $1 on credit card. Today, there is no charge on the credit card and order still has not shipped. I tried calling again but hold que is at 155. I don't have an hour to wait on hold again. Thinking it's better to cancel the order at this point. Not ever sure how to cancel the order.

I am looking to return a duplicate cup holder received for Christmas. They’re return process is the most asinine iv’e ever dealt with. Calling to get an authorization number I was 134th in line... I’ve sent 2 requests via email and have yet to get a response. Unacceptable... I will never buy it recommend Weathertech.

I have been trying to return a Christmas gift purchased for someone for the last month now and have been unsuccessful. I’ve called and waited in line behind over 250 people and also tried via email as of 1/8/20, 4 times. I have yet to be successful. I will never purchase from this company ever again and recommend no one ever do the same. Bad company, took my money without an issue but returns are like pulling teeth. All I want is my money back and to ship back the unwanted products. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a wind deflector for my Cayenne on 12/19/2019 . The deflector did not fit well and wind noise it was causing was bearable. Filed a Return request on-line on 12/23. No response from WeatherTech. Called them on 1/3/2020. Waited (on hold) for over an hour and was cut off. Filed another return request on-line 1/3. As of today, 1/7 no response from WeatherTech.
I am not happy with their product and their lack of customer support/service. I will never buy any products from this company again.

I ordered floor liners for my husbands Christmas present. The liners came in quickly but they do not fit his truck. I tried calling and received an automated response saying they could not accept a call at this time, or something of the sort, so I emailed for a return label through the website. I waited a week.... nothing, so I sent another email. I did received a confirmation of their receipt of this email saying they would get to me as soon as possible. I figured maybe they were closed for the holidays. I finally called back today after waiting an additional week, and was told there were 269 people ahead of me in the call que! A small mistake is forgivable but this company forces you to leave a negative review on Revdex.com to be able to return a product! At this point I don't even want to reorder I just want to send this back and get a refund.

The WeatherTech Customer Service line recorded message should go something like this: “You have reached WeatherTech. There is no one willing to serve you now, but if you want to wait until we finish our lunch you can get in line at around number 208. That should only make you wait online for an hour or two. We do not use any of these conversations for training purposes, because there is no training. We have your money, and we are keeping it!”

Having read most of the reviews below, there is a very common thread: WeatherTech’s Customer Service is pretty much non existent/horrible. I have been attempting to obtain a return authorization to return a Cupfone at (of course) my expense. By the time I pay for shipping and return shipping it is probably not worth it. But I persist. I sent an email last year. No Response. Today I called again (probably the 6th time) and was number 208 in line. Do you really think that there are over 200 people in the Que all day every day or is this just to discourage customers from calling.

Do not purchase anything from this company.

I've been trying to return some mats that I got for my wife for Christmas. Her father got her the same mats, so she obviously doesn't need two sets and I'm trying to return my set. I filled out the return form online on December 30th and was told I would get a response back shortly from a representative. As of January 7th, I haven't received any response back from weathertech and every time I try to call them there are anywhere from 150-200 people in line in front of me. I do like weathertech mats, as I have bought them for both my vehicle and my wife's vehicle and I'm very happy with them. However, they obviously need some more help in their customer service department because they are way overloaded. I'm just trying to get these returned before the return period expires. I'm hoping this might catch someone's attention.
