I recently purchased front floor mats for my 2004 Lexus ES 330. (Order #***). I ordered the mats their web site said fit my vehicle. The mats received do NOT fit the vehicle. While the outline of the mat is correct, the holes (reinforcements) to secure them to the floor are off by more than a foot. Securing them to the floor is a SAFTEY ISSUE, since doing so would keep them from sliding up under the accelerator and brake pedal, and is the ONLY reason I bought from Weathertech instead of buying from any local auto parts store.

I have tried to contact Weathertech numerous time by phone and they have always had AT LEAST 130 calls in front of me. I have also tried to contact them twice through their web site, asking for them to contact me in return, and I have received no response.

Per their policy, they will expect me to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. This is after having paid the initial shipping charge. I do net think paying for either is appropriate, since this is clearly a mistake on their part. I purchased the mats in full faith they would actually fit my vehicle as advertised.

We apologize that you are not satisfied with the fit of the *** for 2004 Lexus ES330. We will send you a prepaid Federal Express label for your convenience and you can return the product for a full refund. We have never charged a restocking fee and you will receive a full refund when the product is returned.

I cannot even give a 1/4 of a star. Their Customer Service is not existent. Customers need to obtain an authorization number to return an item. Calling the Customer Service number - no matter what time of day has you in place to be answered after the 262 calls before you. The number shrinks and as you get into the 100's (50 minutes later) it disconnects you.

I placed an order for a cup-holder from WeatherTech on 12/14/19. I received confirmation of my order, and my *** card was charged. My order status at that time indicated my product would be delivered no later than 12/24/19; however, I have not received my product, and my order status has not updated at all. I have e-mailed WeatherTech to request an update and tried calling numerous times, but the call wait is so long that I am unable to continue to hold. I am unable to obtain any information from them as to the status of my product.

Trying to return a phone holder for a couple of weeks. Can't get through on their customer service. I'm repeatedly told that I'm number 236 in line. Filled out the online return form. No response. I'm being to feel like this company is another unethical retailer.

WeatherTech has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. You call the customer service phone number and there were hundreds of callers ahead of me, yes hundreds. So I decided to email them, it took six days to get a response, I have no idea how long it will take to get a refund on the item I am returning. Buyer beware, be sure what you order is the correct item.

Have sent 3 Return Request Forms to return Christmas Gift and get same response each time that a Rep will be in touch with us shortly. 1st Dec 27-2nd Jan 1-3rd Jan 9.. Tried calling everyday since Dec 27 - all hours of day and get same as all others listed on this site - We are 242 in que. 189 in que. Cannot believe a company such as WeatherTech is treating it's customers like this. Would never recommend them to anyone. All we want to do is return an unneeded Christmas gift of a telephone cup holder.

Customer service is absolutely awful - emails unanswered and phone calls never get a person with 250+ calls ahead of me! Impossible to resolve issue.
I ordered a Weather Tech CupFone for my husband as a Christmas present. I received the item, but it is missing a key part - the screw insert at the base of the phone that allows it to pivot. I tried for over 2+ weeks to call customer service to no avail - every call resulted in unacceptable wait times with over 250 calls ahead of mine. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a company that touts itself as premiere in the car-accessories industry. Clearly customers do not matter, and I will not order from this company ever again.

On December 14th, 2019 I purchased a cargo liner and floor mat set for my mother for Christmas. I paid for expedited shipping and even though it was not delivered within the stated delivery time, I was satisfied as it arrived on December 23, 2019. On December 24th, I was installing the floor mats without issue, but the cargo liner is clearly for the wrong vehicle. There is no packing slip or identifying item on the box anywhere. I have, since that day, submitted 2 request authorizations for return, and have called 7 times waiting on hold for over 250+ people ahead of me, one time I was disconnected when 10 people were in front of me after 2 hours on hold. This is apparently a regular operating practice for this company. No one has returned over 4 emails and I've never been able to get anyone on the phone. I am about ready to call my credit card and dispute the charges altogether.
Years ago, I purchased for my vehicle without issue. I will say, the current product quality is also inferior to the product I have in my car and the service at this point is actually criminal in my opinion. I will never order, or recommend anyone order from them again.

Falsely advertised! Do not waste your money
I purchased these liners for my new (to me) car. I have kids and I live in a state where we get snow and that means lots of mud. I spent the money to get the liners that are advertised as “laser measured for a perfect fit.” The front liners fit nicely. The rear liner, however, is a horrible disappointment. The covers for the posts are too far apart and there is no way for it to lay flat. They move around and are a tripping hazard to the kids getting in and out of the rear seats. I have already had a warranty replacement issued after being told “that is the correct fit.” The replacement had the same problem. I asked for my money back and was informed that I would have to spend almost half of what the floor liner cost in return shipping.
