I am trying to return a duplicate order. I have contacted customer service by phone multiple times at different hours and days. There are always 200+ calls. I have emailed them about cancelling the order before it processed and shipped. I have also emailed them and filled out the return request 6 days ago and again 4 days ago. No response at all.

It is fine as long as the full refund happens. It is not issued until received and processed. I do expect that to be handled and processed within a timely manner.

I ordered floor mats from Weathertech 12/29/2019. I received them 1/3/2020. The floor mats they sent me were the wrong ones. I ordered the correct ones, but they sent the wrong ones. I went on there website the same day I received them (1/3/2020) to send back the incorrect ones and exchange them for the correct ones. I received an automatic response saying customer service would contact me shortly. Today is 1/10/2020 and I have had no response at all from Weathertech. I tried calling customer service by phone and I have always had at least 170 people ahead of me in the queue. I cannot wait on hold that long. Complete inability to resolve my issue do to lack of communication .

This company customer service is horrible. I called trying to get a return label on wrong product received and was inline as 157 caller. I have tried both numbers and emails and get the run around. Order placed on line from Canada and shipped to Washington state. I really need to return one set of deflectors and will definitely go elsewhere for a replacement set

I placed an order with WeatherTech on 12/31/2019 and paid $80 extra for 3 day shipping to have the products arrive by a certain date. The products did not ship within the 3 days and I received 6 different emails each with new shipping information. I have attempted to call the company 4 different times each time with 200 callers on the line ahead of me. Each time when the caller list gets down to under 20 callers, the phone disconnects. I also emailed the company on 1/3/2020 and as of 1/10/2020 have not received a response. This is the worst experience I’ve had dealing with any company!

I ordered two WeatherTech CupFones for Christmas gifts shortly before Christmas. Unfortunately, the product did not work with either of our cars. Their stated return policy requires that you receive a return authorization from customer service in order to return the product within 30 days of ordering. However, it is not possible to get through to customer service. I tried multiple different days and times with hold times of over 30 minutes. I can never get through to get my return authorization.

On 12-20-19 I ordered a Sun Shade from Weathertech for my *** SR5 vehicle. Upon receiving the item and put up the Sun Shade and it did not fit my windshield properly. I tried to contact Weathertech directly by phone on 1-2-20 but was put on hold with a cue of over 200 callers ahead of mine. I decided to fill out their request request form from their website. The form was submitted on 1-2-20 requesting a refund for reason described above. Immediately I received a confirmation email that my request was received and a representative would review my request and respond shortly. I waited a week - no response from Weathertech. I sent a second request form via their website on 1-8-20 and to date, no reply. I attempted once again today, 1-10-20 to call them directly but was put on hold with 120 callers ahead of mine. I am very upset about the customer service I received. I still have the item in my position waiting for Weathertech to confirm my return request with instructions for sending back the item. The cost of this item is over $50!

I ordered 2 cup phone holders on 12/7/19 and have yet to receive them. I have checked the status of my order and it just always says “In progress”. I have called several times and have been on hold for over 15 minutes when the call is just dropped. I have sent 3 emails with no response.
