I recently had a near death experience using new floorliners from Weather Tech. The driver side floor liner stuck to gas pedal and I couldn't stop! While the pedal was stuck my car kept going faster and faster, I was using the brake at the same time to try not crash and also not damage my car.

Customer has been in touch with our Customer Service department and the liner is coming back to us and we are issuing a credit. We will send to our PD department for inspection.

I placed an order on 12/14/19. I paid an additional fee for 2nd day air delivery. I realize this order was placed on a Saturday but even 2 days from Monday should have been the 17th delivery. I attempted to call with no return call. I finally have a tracking number now (Thursday the 19th) telling me my package will be delivered by Monday the 23rd by 8pm! This is unacceptable! I paid for 2nd day air. At the very least, I need reimbursed for expedited delivery that never happened. This was a gift that is now late. I also have yet to receive a call back. Very poor customer service.

This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have tried to request several return service requests and haven’t heard anything. When you try to call there are over 250 people in line ahead of you. It’s impossible to get a hold of them . Wondering if I have to contact my back to report fraud.

On Monday, January 16th I place a $150 order with the WeatherTech company. Their policy is to ship within a 72 hour window. We are now on day 3 and my tracking has not been updated to indicate the status of my order. Additionally, I have called this company on numerous occasions and the automated message that I receive is that my position in the call queue is #200, meaning there are 199 callers ahead of me. How is this possible every time I call? Why have they not responded to my email? I would cancel my order however, their website provides for no opportunity to do that. They have already charged my credit card and it shows a pending charge.
Is this a scam?

The popularity of the CupFone was unexpected and our Production Team is working 24 hrs a day to increase our inventory. Please let me know what you what like us to do.

I emailed WeatherTech and got 0 response. I spent about $500 with them this holiday season on mats, cargo liner, and deflectors. The front window deflectors I paid $100 for did not fit and broke after I followed the instructions exactly. Not a good experience and I would not recommend.

I ordered floor liners for Christmas gifts for my wife and daughter and they are nothing like the pictures I saw on the website
I am asking for an authorization number so I can return them for refund
I can not get through on the phone and they sent an email saying someone would contact me soon but it has not happened. Thanks Ray W
