I am asking for an authorization number so I can return them for refund

I ordered a product on Saturday 11/30. I paid extra for 2 day shipping so I would receive my purchase by Tuesday. It was a gift for someone who was in town and was leaving Wednesday morning so I wanted to make sure it arrived before he left. However, it was not delivered until Wednesday afternoon. I contacted the company once I received shipping information and tracking said it wouldn’t arrive until Wednesday. I have not heard back from them after 2 business days. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I do not think they shipped it appropriately. I asked to at least receive a refund for the difference in the shipping I paid as I will now have to pay additional shipping fees to send it on to the recipient. I think this is very poor business practice and would like at minimum a response from their customer service department.

Laser cut does not mean they are cut properly. As a customer for many years I ordered a complete set for 2019 Lincoln Navigator (very expensive). The front mats covered the illuminated "Lincoln" on the door sill. So, when the door was opened "Linc" was all that was visible.
I wrote to WT regarding the issue and the email response basically said "good luck" no semblance of an offer to address the issue nor correction.
I had to cut out the mat to fit properly and now both mats have a jagged cut.

I purchased weatherTech rain guards for my 2015 ***. I became aware that the right rear rain deflector (attaches to door at top of window) was missing. I called WeatherTech. Because I did not purchase the item directly from them they will not warranty the product. They want me to pay $40 to get 2 new rear guards. I don’t think this is right. I spent over $100 for the full set. Had I known about there warranty policy I would have purchased a different brand. I do not know if I purchased the product from the car dealership or a retail outlet. I never thought I would be needing to replace one.

A few weeks back I tried placing a big order for my 2016 chevy Equinox I just bought with no milage on it. I wanted Whether Tech products as my father has them in his SUV and I like them. I loaded my cart with what I wanted. $800 some odd dollars.
I sent Weather Tech a Message. I Stated Look I'm a Service Connected Disabled Veteran 100% P&T,IU and I'm on a Limited Budget can you Please give me a Discount Being a Disabled Veteran? I stated I can also Send you a Copy of my Disability Papers and a copy of my ID from the Dept of Veterans Affairs to prove that I am a Severely Disabled Veteran. I have been Severely Disabled Since June 2009. So, long story short a Rep who was a female called me and left me a message on my phone Basically laughing at me because I was Service Connected Disabled Veteran. Now after that message She also sent me a email. She called me again I answered. She Basically Laughed at me Because I was Disabled and Did Not seem to believe a word I was telling her. She stated Might be able to give you a little break on shipping. I asked her If I could please speak to a Supervisor. Her answer ( I'm It!! )..! I asked her if she could please forward my Email Correspondence to the Corporate Office..
Her exact words with her laughing and Giggling ( Yup, I'll Hop Right on that)!! So, I have waited to hear from corporate for a while now. I know she did Not send It to the Corporate Office. As No one has ever contacted me. No Mail, No call, No Email.. Nothing. I can not recall this woman name. But, just the fact that she laughed at me because I'm a Disabled Veteran and Laughing means she was making fun of my Disability. A Service Connected Disabled Veteran at that. Oh, and she did!! I was and still fuming in a big way! I'm Pissed!!! The Nerve of that Lady to heart me the way she did! All because, I asked for a Discount cause I'm a Disabled Veteran. I've never been treated by any one like that let alone a Business!!! Not Happy One B!

In regards to your experience, our IT Department is searching our phone records/emails to find your interaction with the Customer Service Rep, as soon as we find the information we will deal with it accordingly.

I purchased front and back floor mats new 2019 *** Grand Cherokee. To begin to prepare my car for winter, I have put them in my vehicle. They do not fit properly and I am worried about safety. The floor mats do not stay put and are constantly moving in my vehicle, requiring me to adjust them (see photos). I am not able to fasten the front floor mats as the holes to do so are not aligned to the fasteners on my vehicle. The back floor mats slide as well and often slide under the front see of my SUV thus offering no protection. The mat for the rear cargo area appears to be too small as well and does not stay put.
