I was quite impressed with Permacoat from my initial contact with a representative regarding 'industrial fallout' which appeared looking like black mold on my white exterior paint A claim form was emailed to me promptly with my warranty info pre-filled so I didn't have to scramble around looking for it It was very fast and easy to complete the claim form and return it via email A representative (Michelle) responded immediately to san appointment Dan, the service agent, was timely, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient in addressing the issue Great job, Permacoat! I let my Honda dealer whom I purchased the package from know, too, and they were SO pleased to hear of my very positive experience!

The company is not providing replacement/repair as described in the contract I purchased through my Toyota dealership of a new Toyota Camry I completed the form, included pictures in August I have made several calls & emails & they tell me they will review it & call me back & never doThey are to replace my front seats & repaint front bumper
