I really didn’t have a big issue, I just had some discoloration on my seats I’m thinking that came from my clothingSo I didn’t want to use any chemicals to mess up the leather seats
So the representative that came had his supplies and everything that he needed to work with on my seats and now my seats are back to looking brand new The other thing that I was very pleased about was that when I was contacted by the representative and given an appointment, he did come at the time that he said he would be here and he worked in the very timely manner, very professional

I purchased a year Appearance Protection Program on a previously owned Lexus RX400H on July 30, I have never had any problem with the car's exterior or interior until the morning of January 17, I went outside to my vehicle and saw that the clear coat on the car had begun to bubble and peel on several areas of the exteriorFurthermore, when I entered the vehicle, my leather had begun to crumbleOn further inspection of the vehicle, I stood on a ladder and noticed fading on my rear spoiler
I reported the damage to PermaPlate on January 19, after speaking to a representative and filed an online claim that same day
In my claim, I stated that we had rapid temperature change with temperatures in the 30's at night to 80's in the day with heavy rain
On January 20, I received an email from Permaplate that my reported damage to the exterior was inconsistent with my warranty coverage even though the warranty exclusively covers damage caused by weather induce
To be honest, I didn't really understand PermaPlate in the beginningI thought I would never have to go to a carwash again, so I kept running into the issue where I'd expect a detail service to come to me and leave me with a freshly detailed carIn my most recent experience, there was little to no reason for the guys to come out and work on my car, save for some environmental debris on the outer shell and one bird dropping on the hoodI was frustrated when they arrived and explained that I was confused about the serviceDennis calmly explained what they can take care of and what the program coversNow it all makes sense and I'm excited to use the program again when I'm readyIn addition, he and his assistant cleaned up the outside of the car so it looked like it was back to its original condition and it made me so happy! It looked so shiny, even from far away! I'm always very appreciative when someone can explain something to me in a calm mannerDennis and his assistant are exceptional, I would definitely recommend the service again based on their customer serviceThank you,
