WE HAVE USED THE SERVICE OF PERMAPLATE TWICE SINCE WE BOUGHT OUR AUDI Q WE GOT LIGHT LEATHER INTERIOR SEATS, WHICH STAINED WITH THE FABRIC OF OUR CLOTHESTHE PERMAPLATE TECHNICIAN WAS ABLE TO CLEAN THE SEATS TO THE POINT THAT THEY LOOKED LIKE NEWWE ARE VERY HAPPY THAT WE HAVE PURCHASED THIS SERVICE WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR CAR
I really didn’t have a big issue, I just had some discoloration on my seats I’m thinking that came from my clothingSo I didn’t want to use any chemicals to mess up the leather seats
So the representative that came had his supplies and everything that he needed to work with on my seats and now my seats are back to looking brand new The other thing that I was very pleased about was that when I was contacted by the representative and given an appointment, he did come at the time that he said he would be here and he worked in the very timely manner, very professional
We had bird droppings on my NX300hThe stain could not be removed by simply washing the hood of the car The claim service was quickly engaged resulting in quality service at Lexus of Tacoma I am extremely pleased with the result of service The stain was completely removed The hood is spotless
I am so happy I bought this coverage when I purchased my vehicle I didn't think I would ever have to use it but It sure was needed since my driver's seat ripped Thanks PermaPlate!

I purchased a year Appearance Protection Program on a previously owned Lexus RX400H on July 30, I have never had any problem with the car's exterior or interior until the morning of January 17, I went outside to my vehicle and saw that the clear coat on the car had begun to bubble and peel on several areas of the exteriorFurthermore, when I entered the vehicle, my leather had begun to crumbleOn further inspection of the vehicle, I stood on a ladder and noticed fading on my rear spoiler
I reported the damage to PermaPlate on January 19, after speaking to a representative and filed an online claim that same day
In my claim, I stated that we had rapid temperature change with temperatures in the 30's at night to 80's in the day with heavy rain
