I bought a Mercedes SLK on April 29, from Infinity of Coolsprings, Nashville TN During the paperwork I was told of this wonderful permaplate protection package I could buy to protect the interior/exterior of the car The car is not brand new, but had been garage kept with only miles, perfect condition inside and out, So I purchased the package Fast forward to Sept 28, I notice white blotches all over the passenger door and trunk I go to car wash attempting to remove the spots...only to find they will not come off and there are thousands of these tiny pin point bubbles everywhere
I return directly to the dealer, there I am told that this is the permaplate I need to contact them which I did, it was a weekend and they were closed
so I initiated a claim online first of the week comes around and I have an email response back that my claim has been denied, due to clear coat
failure all they had was my complaint, no one from their company had even seen the

So the representative that came had his supplies and everything that he needed to work with on my seats and now my seats are back to looking brand new The other thing that I was very pleased about was that when I was contacted by the representative and given an appointment, he did come at the time that he said he would be here and he worked in the very timely manner, very professional

When I bought my Jaguar XJL at Jaguar of San Juan the sales lady was very persistent on selling me the windshield coverage after I told her I didn't want it, she said that if I buy it I get windshield replacements within a year periodWell I had a rock chip on passenger side which was no big deal, within the next couple of months I had a rock hit the driver side and cracked a line on it, I went to dealership they gave me the number for permaplate then sinskin and they said that they wouldn't cover the windshield because it had another chip that it's older than days and I would have to replace it then they can cover it again, and I can't cancel the coverage because they can take the product off which I don't know what they meant It might be my fault for not reading the small letters on the contract or the salesperson at Jaguar of San Juan but it is not worth buying the windshield coverage, my insurance covers all rock chips on windshield for free except windshield replacement

I purchased a new motor home in April and the dealer sold me a PermaPlate windshield coating product that included years of replacement coverage if the windshield was damaged by road debris. In April 2018, I incurred damage that required windshield replacement. PermaPlates claims process required that I work with Safelite for fulfilment. After much scheduling incompetence on Safelites part, I showed up for a scheduled, one day appointment at the Safelite facility in Union City, CA, and Safelite folks there determined did not have all needed parts (Note that the Union City staff had responded affirmatively if they had verified that all parts were in hand -before scheduling the appointment) Safelite then delayed ordering the needed parts until it was too late to have the work done at the Union City, CA Safelite facility (weeks after the damage was reported). We live on our motorhome full time and had commitments to work at a charitable organization in W
