This company offers a leather guard protection planI open a claim and the claim was denied because "poor adhesion to the surface to which the leather or vinyl has been attached." There is no way for me to know if the leather was poorly attachedThat's the most common problem with a car interior leather or vinyl but when they sell the plan they tell you that everything is coveredRead the small lettersI learned my lesson the hard wayThis company and protection plan is a total scam
The service provider got the stains out of my car seats and conveniently came to my work to do it so didn't eat into my weekend timeHe was very friendly and accommodating

I submitted my original claim on the 19th - having my repair schedule on the 27th is within that time rangeTheir customer service is abominable

I made a claim to Permaplate regarding my torn Mercedes Benz driver seat I was very disappointed with the repair work the repair person completed twice I again contacted Permaplate only to be offered $to settle the claim At this point, running out of options, I went back to my dealership to see if they could repair my seat since at this point it was ruined Needless to say they couldn't help and proceeded to quote me $for a new seat! I was very frustrated and while at the dealership I addressed the warranty and repair department Thankfully Stacy was visiting the dealer that day!!! How lucky is that? She took ownership of the issue right way and found the right company to repair my torn seat They ended up replacing the part of the seat that was torn only and it came out looking like new without having to replace the entire seat Im super happy with the outcome and I commend Stacy for taking a dissatisfied customer and turning a negative into a positive Thank you also to the gentleman that came all the way from hr away to pick up my car and deliver it back to me repaired Im am extremely happy with the result I want to personally thank Stacy for keeping such a nice attitude when needed Great job!!!
