I submitted my original claim on the 19th - having my repair schedule on the 27th is within that time rangeTheir customer service is abominable

PermaPlate was contacted to remove stains on front & rear fabric car seatsThe appointment was made at our convenience & the rep (Julie) arrived on timers scheduledER work was completed timely and most professionally She was courteous & dedicated to do a thorough job & ensured that we were satisfied with the completed job before leavingIf you have stains on your cloth car seats, call PermaPlateYou will not be disappointed

The driver seat in my Awas gouged and looked terribleThankfully I purchased a warranty from PermaPlate that covers the interior and paintI called to file a claim and was very surprised at the prompt and courteous serviceMy car was fixed with in a week and is as good as new
Paul at your contract facility has kept trying to solve your permaplate issues and is more than happy to continue a good working relationship until the issues are resolved
