I am rejecting this response because:There response is not trueI did receive an email from [redacted], from Merchant Services, with initial info to close the accountIn the topic line, it said "Merchant Account Solutions/Early Termination Fee $But, nowhere in the text of the email did it explain the termination fee.On 7/15/15, I emailed MrH[redacted] to ask if I was getting an early termination fee, before I proceeded with the paperwork.No response from MrH[redacted], so I emailed again on 7/24/with the same question.No response again from MrH[redacted], so I emailed again on 8/18/with the same question.No response againso on 10/1/I faxed the closure paperwork, including my emails with MrH[redacted] (showing no response from him), and I explained that I was trying to get info on the termination fee, and to get the account closedThe form that is to be faxed to Merchant Services to close the account, clearly states "This request will not be effective until the required documents are provided and approved." So, I was waiting to here back from Merchant Services for an approval to proceed with the return of the equipmentStill no response from the companyOn 11/2/15, I emailed MrH[redacted] again asking for helpI stated that I would have to go to the Revdex.com if I did not get a response from Merchant ServicesAnd, to my surprise, he finally emailed me back, stating that my emails went to his junk mailIt was not until I mentioned the Revdex.com that he somehow saw my emailHe stated that I would get an early termination fee, and to send the terminal back, as stated in the original emailI sent it right away.No response from the company againBut, I continued to get monthly and annual fees charged.On 12/13/15, I emailed MrH[redacted] giving him the tracking info on the returned terminal and stating that I wanted my account closed.No response from MrH[redacted], so I was finally forced to make a claim with the Revdex.com.I have all of my documentation (emails, faxed documents, return tracking number), in which I can provide.I feel that Merchant Services failed entirely in responding to my questionsI was completely ignoredI just wanted to find out if I was getting an early termination fee before sending the terminal backI wanted to also know when the termination fee would no longer be valid, as it may have been beneficial to keep the terminal until it expiredBut, I could not even get an answer on thisMerchant Services also stated that I was given direction numerous times on how to return the terminalThis is not trueThere was the initial email with the closure form, and that was itBut, it still did not answer my questions about the termination feeIf they have documentation stating otherwise, I ask them to provide it.I feel that it is quite fair for Merchant Services to avoid the termination feeI have paid plenty in monthly and yearly fees to cover that expense, while I continued to wait for a response from the company about the closure of my accountI have been very patient with this company, and they should be fair in their practices - which they are not being reasonable at this point

of billing cycles and answer any possible questions that may ariseTo no avail
calls were not returned and services remained intact and operational requested

account in question, after being notified of the terms of the agreement Mrs
Mc[redacted] stating she would like to close the account and avoid any termination

procedures and advised Mrs Mc[redacted] of the agreement that was requested
In closing, the
desired settlement requested by Mrs Mc[redacted] Merchant Account Solutions agrees
to close the account with no Early Termination Fees in effort to keep good
standing with past, future and current businesses?

6/09/2015 at 7:39 AM PST merchant downloaded our Mobile Application Credit...

Card
Reader, downloaded and applied for the services in question.
As
mentioned by D[redacted] they were presented with an offer that would indeed
beat the rates presented by Square –0.39% Debit, 1.59% for basic credit cards.
This offer was based on the monthly volume of $10,000 that the merchant
provided during the application process, merchant was advised savings would be
significant if they processed more than $1,500. June monthly statement fee
reflected $31.52(2.83% not 4%) for card fees for transactions $1,112.85, which
was significantly less than what the merchant stated on their merchant
application. They were not offered a refund but in turn a reduction for
processing lower than volume requested. Monthly fees and credit card rates were
lowered to accommodate a lower volume. 
Ms.
G[redacted] complaint detail reflects conflicting information, she downloaded our
app with the expectation of us being similar to a different organization,
(which may be the original issue) notwithstanding, the complaint listed many
details but left out a few important steps during the application process - for
instance, our Mobile App requests pertinent information to be entered in prior

closing the desired settlement requested by Ms. G[redacted] is to have the account
closed with no early termination fees for services rendered from June 2015.
Merchant Account Solutions stands by its services, products and terms listed in
our fully disclosed and completely transparent contracts at all times and while
we feel that we have delivered the services requested to the best of our
ability, we will waive the termination fee due to their misunderstanding of the
terms provided. Termination fees will be waived as long merchant returns
equipment listed below in good and working condition to the address listed
below. Once equipment is received the account closure may take up to 30 days, any and all fees leading up to account closure are valid as services were
requested, provided, installed and actively used. Merchant Account Solutions
would like to advise merchant in their future business ventures to always read
and have full understanding of the terms provided for services they are

Complaint

I wanted to start accepting credit cards for my small business that I am starting. I spoke with [redacted]. From Merchant Account Solutions. He took my application and told me that the fee was just over 1%. I don't remember the exact number. The next day I called him back and told him I will no longer...

be starting the business so thanks but no thanks. He told me I signed a 1 yr contract and I need pay a fee to cancel . I said I never signed a contract and he never told me that there was a contract. He also failed to mention that there is a monthly fee as well!! I asked him why he did not tell me that information and he stated that his job is just to take the applucation! He knew there was a contract and a monthly fee and failed to mention that to me which is a total scam!!!

I do want this service! I want out of this contract I did not know about. I shouldn't have to pay a termination fee or a monthly fee. I haven't even activated this account so I don't understand why I should pay for something that I will never use!! I was completely mislead by [redacted]. He should have...

When I inquired about their product, their agent assured me there was no monthly fee for their productI was told they were paid per useWhen I noticed they were charging me over dollars per month, I called them to cancel and send the reader backThe man I talked to said I would have to pay an
outrageous fee for cancelation unless I waited yearsWhen I mentioned conacting the Revdex.com, he laughed and told me he could send a check for $10,and get an A+ rating

After reviewing account notations, merchant account was closed February 22, per our procedures after receiving the equipment on February 10, ? Merchant was billed for the month of February since account was active for the first daysMerchant has not accrued any March billing, fees

I am rejecting this response because:
Merchant Account Solutions gave NO customer service to me through this processIf MrHerrera would have just answered my questions back in July 2015, which would have taken him less than a minute, then we would not be in this situationHe stated that he did not see my emails, but good businesses know to check their junk mailThere were no issues with previous emails between him and I, so I do not know why my emails starting hitting his junk mailAnd, all he would have had to do was email me a message like, "you are being charged an early termination fee - see the terms on your contract."? In addition, just because that the terms stated that there would be an early termination fee, there are some companies that will negotiate terms with customersThis is also why I was trying to get an answer from MrHerrera, as maybe we could have worked something out to reduce the fees, or bring my credit card fees down, so I could keep an account with Merchant Account SolutionsEven after not getting any responses from MrHerrera, I faxed the closure paperwork to Merchant Account Solutions on 10/1/15, and I also sent copies of my emails to MrHerrera, along with this faxI waited for a response from the company for approval to return the terminal, again as the closure form states "This request will not be effective until the required documents are provided an approved." But, the company continued to charge feesOn 11/2/15, I emailed MrHerrera again, and he answered this email, I believe because I may have to go to the Revdex.com to get this resolvedHe said that I would be charged an early termination fee and to mail the terminal backSo, I sent the terminal back to the company on 11/3/Yet, I still continued to be charged $per month in December, and the annual fee that I had recently been charged of $I emailed MrHerrera on 12/13/to ask why I was continuing to get charged fees - as during this entire process, I was charged $430, while the terminal just sat waiting to be returned to the companyAgain, no response from MrHerreraSo, I contacted the Revdex.com on 12/16/My account was closed shortly after this claim.I think that it is only fair that Merchant Account Solutions credit $toward the early termination feeThe credit card terminal was just sitting and not being used while I was trying to work with the companyAll I ask is for fair customer service - nothing moreI think my request is very reasonable
