After reviewing this merchant account notations and agreement,
merchant was emailed a Merchant Processing Agreement and was advised to
complete and agree to all terms and conditions which has all fees associated
with the services requestedMerchant proceeded to enter all of their
business
information and business owners information at the end of agreement merchant
agreed to terms via digital signature embedded with their IP address ##.###.###.###Agreement available upon requestMerchant account was approved,
account number was issued and credit card reader was sent out On April 20,
merchant installed equipment and ran a test transactionOn April 30th merchant called in stating reader was not compatible, merchant provided us with incorrect smartphone modelCorrect equipment was sent out free of charge with a return label to return other deviceServices were requested, provided and installed.

in order to avoid any misunderstandings for their business
As a courtesy to the merchant we can terminate the merchant

be issued for for any fees already billed as services were requested, provided,

I do not agree with the response from Merchant Account SolutionsMerchant Account solutions has not addressed the reason why they are taking $from my checking account every monthI clearly have not agreed to pay $per month, if anything should be paid to Merchant Account Solutions it is $per monthI also contacted Ipayment regarding the cancelled account and the account was closed because they do not do business with insurance companies , all insurance companies pose a security riskThe account with ipayment was not closed due to fraudulent activity and I attached the letter from ipayment that shows why the account was cancelledMerchant Account Solutions is clearly telling people thay can get a credit card processing account for $per month and then going ahead and charging them more than the $and when you call to cancel the account they tell you that you are signed up for three years and it is probably cheaper to just pay the monthly fee
I believe I should receive a refund for the all of the monthly charges of $
Merchant Account Solutions has not provided a contract that I signed stating that I agreed to pay the fees I was charged
Please refund me the charges of $and close the account

Services were requested to process credit cards as a form of payment for their Jewelry business processing $monthly and were provided, all service fees pertaining to service requested are valid and services were providedNo service fees will waived/refunded as 98% of financial responsibility
of agreement has been waived and $of termination fees per merchants misunderstanding of their agreement that was provided for them to read, understand and agree in which they did via their digital signature embedded with their IP address

I am rejecting this response because: If you look at their website it states you will received equipment: never receivedIt also states get a free quote which is what I didThen it also states .39% for each card swipedNever used it because we didn't have the equipment! I did the free quote found out it wasn't right for my business and deleted it off my phone You had to put in all that information to get a free quoteIt took my bank and us forever to figure out who was taking money out of my account without my knowledge because in the debit it never states who they areAfter I made this complaint I have checked online and seen that many people have also complained about the same exact thingI work two jobs to run a business and make ends meet and these companies think it's a joke to scam innocent people out of money so they can make millions off of usI want the money that was debited out of my account for never receiving the equipment and for never using!
