The following is about Merchant account solutions I have come across some bad business practices and misleading advertisements from the company stating " no cancellation Fees or service fees" when I had applied on the app with my iphone I wanted to test there service and said on the app that to
deposit money I would need a routing number inserted that it would not be charged and only used for depositsI have found out on 8/6/the company was charging me $for two months once on 07/3/and again on 08/03/I immediately contacted my bank when I woke up today and tried to have the problem resolved with a representative from Bank of america on the line with meI told him the problem I was having that I did not authorize and charges and did not know I was going to be charged any kind of service fee that these terms were not disclosed to me during sign up for the app or during the numerous phone calls with the company I spoke to a "R*** sanchez'' with merchant account solutions during the first phone call I was under the impression that this was square account card processing services I had told r*** I already have a square reader that I just needed a new one as mine was messing up I was waiting for a call back from square account about this and thought this was it.R*** told me that I would need a new card reader and that it was completely free of charge and would send it in the mail.Once the reader was received I realized it was not square reader but another company and disregarded the items in the envelope about two months agoI asked for a refund on the phone with the BOA repand was told that the service fees of are non refundable and was told that I agreed to a year contract with them which I never agreed to and was never once told about the terms of there billing or cancellation over the phone or by email not until I wanted to cancel the service they signed me up for without my authorization or permission at which im told im going to now be charged $to can

I want a refund for the two charges of $USD for a total of refunded to my bank account.And I want the cancellation fee to be waived and for them to not report me to collections for $as I was told they would charge my account $if I break the year contract and that they would
report me to collections if I did not pay them.This Company should be watched very closely as to how they practice there business these people should be held accountable for there fraudulent actions

Merchant contacted Merchant Account Solutions on August 18, (which is not months ago) and was provided with contact number for the cancellation department as they were closed during the time frame merchant called into customer serviceThe merchant has provided conflicting information, the
only other contact was October 13, At this time merchant was provided with proper closing procedure and advised to complete as soon as possible to terminate service without any termination feesIt is unfortunate the merchant experienced a fire, we are not responsible for merchants failure and lack of responsibility to reconcile their accounts to notify us of termination request? Merchant Account Solutions provided service to accept credit cards and were not informed of their issue until October This case has been addressed outside the Revdex.com and refunds have been denied as services were provided and actively usedOther reports state the merchants business has been actively operating and accepting credit cards with another providerAccount will remain open until merchant completes and submits proper closing procedure that have been provided, any and all fees accumulated during the active and open state of the account are and will be valid until closing procedures have been completed?

In order to assist with this merchant concerns we have reviewed accounts notations and agreement.? Merchant was provided proper closing procedures on July 15, Which included all the correct paper work and return address for equipmentMerchant neglected to follow the procedures provided
and only completed half of the procedures that were highlighted in the email with the proceduresMerchant was advised on numerous occasions that the email provided with the procedures needed to completed in order to process closureMerchant neglect to complete procedures is not Merchant Account Solutions responsibility? Unfortunately merchant's desired resolutions cannot be granted, there is a signed month agreement on file that is available upon request to the merchant ###-###-####All fees and termination fees are valid per merchant agreementAccount was closed on December 4th, after receiving equipment along with closure form as requested in the closing proceduresAccount is scheduled to be billed their termination fees with the next business days.?

I am rejecting this response because:I received a message stating that this complaint had been resolved outside of the Revdex.com? This is not true.? I did have one conversation with the merchant services co sales
person "B[redacted]".? We did not resolve this situation, I'm still committed in a contract that I have not signed and they are charging me for services that I'm not using.? I have reached out to B[redacted] on 11/and 11/and only got a voice message, and no return as of yet.? I did express to B[redacted] that WHEN my issue was resolved to my satisfaction I would contact the Revdex.com and submit that it had been resolved.? That has not happened.? I was surprised to receive the e-mail message from the Revdex.com that it had been resolved.? So clearly B[redacted] sent that messageI would appreciate any support that the Revdex.com can offer to me.? I'm a small business owner and I do not feel like this company is up front with their communications
