As Stated by the Business.? This merchant concerns are they were not provided with equipment according to their last response nor agreement copies, please find below tracking information where the original equipment was delivered on 07/24/then returned on 09/09/15, merchant had equipment in their possession for almost months before deciding to state they never received itAlso agreement copies were also mailed out during the inception of the servicesMerchant Account Solutions has provided the merchant with the services they requestedMerchant proceeded to install the mobile application on 07/21/and did a test transactionMerchant called in September wanting to discontinue their service and was offered to cut their monthly service fees by 55% and reduce the agreement of months to month, which releases them from 66% of the financial responsibility of a year agreementMerchant agreedThe merchant is able to process credit cards as form of payment via the mobile application they have installed without needing the additional free mobile swiper by manually entering card holders information? In order to address this merchant concerns we have reviewed their account notations, communications and agreement Merchant downloaded our Mobile application Smartsiwpe which is available for download free of cost and requires and merchant account in order to function properly Merchant proceeded to apply for said merchant servicesDuring the application process, it requires pertinent information such the business information, owner’s information and banking informationEach and every page of the application process requires confirmation and submission, lastly on the last page it list ALL terms which includes any and all fees pertaining to the services requestedThe agreement was digitally singed with the following IP address embedded? 184.***.20.184.? Hello, In order to address this merchant's concerns regarding their agreement with Merchant Account Solutions we have reviewed their account notations and communicationsOn December they downloaded an application called Credit Card Reader available for free download via Google Play App StoreIn order for the application to function with their mobile device they must apply to accept credit cards as form of payment for products and services they are selling for their businessThe application has a contact us profile for a quote to request and they proceeded to completeOne of our account representative contacted them to complete a Merchant Processing Application which is available onlineMerchant filled in their business information, business owners information and a detailed description of products and services sold, at the end of this application there were terms and conditions available for the merchant to read through and agree to via digital signature embedded with the following IP address 98.***[redacted] which matches the address on our Merchant Agreement and on the contact information provided on this caseAfter agreeing to terms and conditions merchant has the ability to print out a retain a copy for their recordsTo address merchants desired resolutions and as a courtesy due to the misunderstanding of the agreement they signed we will cancel merchant agreement and waive any termination fees associated as long the merchant returns equipment provided EPN SN: [redacted] in good working condition to the address belowUnfortunately their monthly service fees are valid as merchant requested services and were provided also the merchant was not charged $worth of fees MAS Returns
