Hello,I'd like to address your follow up requests.First, in regards to the public acknowledgment of displaying unconnected criminal information, we already have a disclaimer on all purchases of background reports. Here's the exact text provided to anyone that might be looking at the specific details of a criminal record we have on file:"Due to the quality of data entry in Criminal Records, the records shown here may not relate to [redacted]. We provide match indicators and mug shots (when available) to help you make a judgment. But please exercise extreme caution before using these court records."As for your request to issue a statement specific to your record, we will not be able to satisfy that request. We already provide details to the reader acknowledging that they must make their own judgment, and as such, we are not stating any definitive facts about a person's history or character.Second, in regards to multiple services that may contain your information. Our information primarily pulls from two databases - Whitepages.com provides contact information for the site of the same name, and 411.com. If your information is removed on Whitepages.com, it is also removed on 411.com. Separately, we have Whitepages Premium, which is where we store information related to criminal records or other background details. It's difficult to guarantee that we've removed all of your listings, but there are multiple individuals with a similar name in the Florida area. However, we will be happy to remove any listings that you see on our services. I'd recommend checking both Whitepages.Com, and searching on Premium Whitepages, and submitting links to any personal contact details you want removed. That can be sent to [email protected] and an agent will be happy to help. You should not be prompted to make any payments as part of this search. If you are, please provide me with a screenshot of the listing in question, or the search terms required to locate it.Reach out if you have any other questions, and we'll offer more assistance.

I do see that Mr. [redacted] has contact Whitepages.com on 3 separate occasions (2 on Saturday - December, 19th and once today, the 21st of December). We answer all emails in the order they are received and Customer Support is available Monday - Friday 8am-5pm PST. As you can see, the dates that Mr....

The link that Mr. [redacted] entered to remove his information is an invalid link. He tried to paste: [redacted]. That link is for a multiple results page and not a single listing. The URL that Mr. [redacted] would have needed to enter in is[redacted]. When entering an invalid link, it will not remove the information from Whitepages.com and will result in an error message. I have removed the information from Whitepages.com on his behalf and it should no longer be appearing.
We get our information for people search results from a broad variety of publicly available information sources and third party data suppliers. For a description of our information sources, please visit our Help section (http://support.whitepages.com/) section. It is possible for new information to be added in the future, so we encourage users to visit our website periodically.

We were able to locate and remove the information in question, which will now be taken off all services that we power. Please allow up to 24 hours for the information to disappear from our listings.

I made the complaint 8 days later. Due to the seriousness of peoples information being posted on your site, a faster way to contact would be nice. I have repeatedly contacted Whitepages.com and its affiliated/owned...

company switchboard.com to request Whitepages, Inc. management respect my repeated requests for privacy and personal security. Despite my repeated requests submitted to Whitepages customer service to permanently and completely remove my personal information, Whitepages Inc continues to allow attacks on my reputation with its webpage publications. To protect my reputation, I have repeatedly requested the removal of my legal and valid name, any derived/insulting aliases attached to my valid and legal name, and any defamatory variations of my legal and valid name, age, private and personal phone number(s), and address(s).  Today on 08/16/16, I continue to find that Whitepages, Inc. has failed to remove my personal and private information from their business websites.
 
I am requesting again that Whitepages, Inc. management stop the attacks on my reputation and my person by respecting my request for privacy to protect my good legal and valid name and reputation. I am again requesting the removal of my personal information from all Whitepages, Inc websites. Please see attached document with related URLs and screenshots of offensive website content that I request again to please be removed to respect my repeated requests for privacy and security.

Unfortunately there is no way for us to remove a listing permanently. People's information can change (an individual moves, receives a new phone number, etc). We do our best to keep information from reappearing, but if we receive information and it is different then what was originally posted, it is possible for it to get listed. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Our records show that your 19.95 was refunded on October 26th. We also sent email confirmation to the email that we had on file. If you are not seeing your refund, you would need to contact your payment provider.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: you are not given an option to choose auto renew. You are automatically forced in auto renew when placing an order. I requested that auto renew be cancelled IMMEDIATELY after placing my order but that was obviously ignored or lost. The forced use of auto renew is simply a method to receive ongping billing. Only if/when a user discovers it, does billing cease. This is an unfair business practice that us simply used as a way to scam additional revenues from innocent users who simply wanted a one time use purchase as was advertised.
