morning, billing is covered by the carrier we are unable to honor the $20.00 line access fee, I have notified the Ecommerce team about the complaint for review and consideration of updating the website, and offered you a $50.00 Costco cash card as a courtesy due to your experience with Wireless Advocates.
Thank you for accepting our offer and allowing us to be able to escalate these issues internally for a future resolution.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding your Revdex.com compliant. Per our conversation due to the Kiosk Error you were forced to pay $40.00 x 3 for the activation fees. I have approved to reimburse the charges in addition to another $40.00 for what was paid on the pre-paid account. A check will be mailed to you this Thursday 7/28/2016 for the amount of $160.00, you can expect to receive within 7-10 business days from issuance date in a post card style envelope marked [redacted] rebates.
 
You have accepted and agreed to my offer. On behalf of Wireless Advocates/Costco I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you.  I can assure you that this issue will be escalated and addressed internally.

sent a UPS shipping label to your email address so that you can return the phone that didn’t work for you to Wireless Advocates. Once we receive that phone, we will mail a check to you for $800, to reimburse you for the cost of the phone and the Service Pack (warranty)  insurance you purchased for it.   Customer Service is important to us and when we fail to meet your expectations, it is important for us to know. I will be forwarding your feedback to the appropriate departments to review for training and coaching opportunities.
