Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although the sales associate is not a trained professional, he did tell me he could replace the glass in my phone in minutes if I bring it in to him otherwise, I wouldn't have brought it to him in the first place He did not recommend any other business to assist me with my broken glass The sales associate also took over and a half weeks to respond to the original claimHe wasn't on vacationThis guy sells cell phones for a living, and his own employer can't get a hold of him for over two weeks? Review the security camera footage from 7/25/and we will see who is telling the truthThere are cameras all over Costco there should be some type of footage of the incident Thank you for your time Sincerely, [redacted]

Upon researching the customers inquiry, we verified the order was placed for a new line of service when the customer wanted to upgrade her existing contract We were able to connect with the customer and replace her order

Hi Mr***, Thank you for your prompt responseAs a 3rd party carrier we cannot provide our carrier contacts phone number with you nor are we able to hold a conference calls between you and the carrierThe carriers are very strict on CPNI ( Customer proprietary network information- Privacy PolicyAt this time the AT&T has confirmed the issue has been resolved and no further action is neededBilling information is confidential and AT&T will not provide this to Wireless Advocates due to the privacy law you are protected by If you are requesting an revised bill showing you have no outstanding balance you will have to contact AT&T directly, AT&T has also verified that there is no outstanding balance on your AT&T account Wireless Advocates is considering this issue resolved, with no further action being taken Sincerely, Charon K***
