Thank you for your response to the Revdex.com complaintI apologize that the funds have not been released to you by your financial institutionBased on previous experiences when members when the financial institution is not releasing the funds and the members provide proof of refund which I have provided below the financial institution tend to release the funds immediately
Upon review your Visa credit card ending in 9*** was refunded the amount of $on 10/5/These funds should have been released back to you already
Please provide this information to your financial institution for further review, you can generally email them this information for a faster resolution

(Michelle) Wireless Advocates attempted to resolve your complaint as I understand that your price plan was incorrectly sold to your by the kiosk representative, advising you would receive an additional 2GB of data on top of the 8GB price planYour case shows that Michelle has spoken with you and broken down the charges of the price plan change, she requested that you contact *** Wireless to change to the Unlimited Plan (as a 3rd party carrier, Wireless Advocates is unable to make this change for you), this plan change would increase your bill by $a month, my notes show that she has agreed to issue you the difference of $x 24, totaling the payout of $once the price plan has been changed with *** in the form of a check.In speaking with Michelle she has advised you requested to speak with someone directly from *** to understand the breakdown in chargesWireless Advocates has requested this from *** however *** stated that you must call (Customer Service) for a breakdown in charges as your account would be notated and the call monitored*** Wireless is not willing to make an outbound call to you for personal confidentiality reasonsI would like to be able to assist you to the best of my ability, can you please advise me what assistance you would like from Wireless Advocates?Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns you may have.Best Regards,Charon K***

I am rejecting this response because: This has been far from resolved The local store manager Emilio did get $refunded to the temporary T-Mobile prepaid account Again, I was forced to abandon my number because T-Mobile wouldn’t release my number I now have ATT and a complete new number Then, when I attempted to close the temporary T-Mobile account I was not able to I asked for a refund, and was told that was not possible since it was a prepaid account So yes, I am still out $
To add to that, I had to switch my entire family to ATT and had to pay for those unnecessary activation, which I wouldn’t have had to pay if your company had not messed up my T-Mobile account That was $plus $per line I have not gotten a bill yet, but the ATT rep says that the $will be just include with my plan, so the activation will be $per line, which I should not have to come out of pocket for since I would not be in this situation and lost my number if it wasn't for your untrained associateThat's a total $160, I will take care of the line fees ($15) $40, for the original I had to spent on the T-Mobile prepaid, and $times to move to ATT since T-Mobile would not release my number due to your associates mistake
Yes, your company refunded $to an account I cannot use, and a number I had for nearly ten years that I cannot use anymore The T-Mobile prepaid account number is my old number: ***, try to get that money back, because they won’t give it to me. This is no way near resolved

I am reaching out to you regarding your rebate inquiry to the Revdex.com. Upon researching your inquiry we have verified that your order was placed on 12/19/2015.  Rebates can take 6 to 8 weeks before the status is available online.  You are able to view the...

status of your rebate as early as 02/19/2016 by visiting Stuartleerebates.com and supplying your mobile phone number and mailing zip code.  Normal rebate processing time is 12-14 weeks from the receipt date that Stuart Lee receives your rebate form. At this time it is too early for us to escalate this request to the rebate center as it may cause additional delays in you receiving your rebate. Normal rebate processing time is called out in the rebate form that you submitted to Stuart Lee Rebates. Please let us know if we may be further assistance.

Thank you for your prompt response. As a 3rd party carrier we cannot provide our carrier contacts phone number with you nor are we able to hold a conference calls between you and the carrier. The carriers are very strict on CPNI ( Customer proprietary network information- Privacy Policy. At this time the AT&T has confirmed the issue has been resolved and no further action is needed. Billing information is confidential and AT&T will not provide this to Wireless Advocates due to the privacy law you are protected by.
If you are requesting an revised bill showing you have no outstanding balance you will have to contact AT&T directly, AT&T has also verified that there is no outstanding balance on your AT&T account.
Wireless Advocates is considering this issue resolved, with no further action being taken.
