Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***I finally received my rebate check on Thursday April 14, over four months after making the phone purchase.
I would like Wireless Advocates to figure out why they would sell a consumer a phone with a rebate of $180, be provided the paperwork to mail in for a rebate, and then be denied that promised rebate by their company: Wireless Advocates.
Wireless Advocates needs to do some serious process improvements. Nobody at Wireless Advocates had any idea they denied my rebate, nor did anyone from their company share that information with me, nor could they explain why they denied my rebate.
This has finally been resolved but only because I had to fight for that promised rebate. I am not happy at all with the service Wireless Advocates failed to provide and the lack of communication by not only Wireless Advocates but with the rebate company they use to process those rebates: Stuart Lee Rebates. Wireless Advocates was telling me to talk to Stuart Lee Rebates; Stuart Lee Rebates was telling me to talk to Wireless Advocates. These two companies were not speaking to each other, were not sharing information and I was stuck in the middle trying to figure it out with no good explanation from either company.Sincerely, *** ***
