frustration resulting from the pre-order process. My records indicate that the order placed for the Samsung Galaxy 7 will arrive at the warehouse in Lewisville on Thursday 3/17/2016 the tracking number is [redacted].
Yesterday, I called and left you a voicemail asking that you respond to my email offering a $25.00 Costco cash card as a courtesy due to the frustration this may have caused you, I have not received a response, as of today another call was placed to you with no answer.
Wireless Advocates is closing the issue as the phone is in transit and on the way to the warehouse in Lewisville.

Please provide a direct number for the individual you have spoken with at AT&T.  What is the account number they have connected to this issue?
I have spent hours contacting and verifying only to hear that they cannot locate my account.  In fact, I believe they already reassigned the phone numbers and therefore have difficulty finding my account.

I have escalated this request to AT&T confirming the return and asking that they cancel and adjust the billing charges and any negative reporting if any to the collection bureau. It generally takes 2-3 business days for the carrier to research and respond with a resolution, upon receiving this information I will follow back up with you providing any update received.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 
Part of this is correct, I was contacted by T-Mobile and told I was taking a $12.00 credit.  The issue is, the Wireless Advocate in the store told me it would be a $22.00 a month credit.  T-Mobile has denied that and said that is between me and Wireless Advocate.  I still have a photo of the store display that says, the iPhone is $5 for 18 months. 
 
This has been going on for 4 months now!  At one point T-Mobile even told me that I was not getting ANY credit for the iPhones I sent in.  Not until last week, has Wireless Advocates even spoken to T-Mobile on my behalf.  The first manager Earl, kept taking my calls but never providing any service.  At this point, Wireless Advocate needs to step up and take responsibility for their employees and the promises they make to their customers.  Sincerely,[redacted]

I want it to be known and this posted to the web as part of my complaint against wireless advocates when I received the check for 150.00 I went to the back that the check was written on and tried to cash it when the bank tried to call and verify and the check like all the lies wireless advocates over the past 9 months I wasnt about to put the check in my personal checking account for wireless advocates to take another stab at me and mess my checking account up so I had to call wireless advocates and they contacted the people that actually issued the check after 9 months another hour of my time was wasted for them to once again do the right thing to anyone doing business or thinking about doing business with these thugs DONT DO IT they will lie cheat and spit on you and smile at you the whole time hoping you will go away and they keep the money I was told so many lies over and over again it was a true disaster doing business with these people DO NOT BE LURED IN BY THE PROMISE OF A REBATE LIKE I DID WIRELESS ADVOCATES FOOLED TRICKED AND LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM GO TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND FILE AND COMPLAINT SO THAT THEY CAN SEE THAT WIRELESS ADVOCATES ARE DOING THIS KIND Of SHADY business practices and using there customers as there pons

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
1. Although the sales associate is not a trained professional, he did tell me he could replace the glass in my phone in 5 minutes if I bring it in to him otherwise, I wouldn't have brought it to him in the first place.
2. He did not recommend any other business to assist me with my broken glass.
3. The sales associate also took over 2 and a half weeks to respond to the original claim. He wasn't on vacation. This guy sells cell phones for a living, and his own employer can't get a hold of him for over two weeks?
4. Review  the security camera footage from 7/25/16 and we will see who is telling the truth. There are cameras all over Costco there should be some type of footage of the incident.

this request I was able to validate that the Visa card ending in [redacted] was refunded the amount of $349.99 yesterday 10/5/2016, I have provided proof of the refund below. It is dependent on your financial institution on how quickly your funds are available to you.
