I am rejecting this response because: 1. Michelle was supposed to reach out to [redacted] to get them to contact me as [redacted], and Wireless Advocates have all submitted guidance to me that I cannot contact the wireless provider directly to resolve this because it was Wireless Advocates that incorrectly applied the plan, not [redacted]. So your response is false in that regard. I have received no contact from [redacted] whatsoever to this day. Additionally, Michelle has not advised me to contact [redacted] in any of our correspondence. In fact, as shown in the attached email screenshot, she stated just 2 days ago that she would reach out to them again to contact me. 2. I do not want to change to a [redacted] unlimited plan, I have made that clear from the start. I want the plan I bought. So because your company did not process that correctly and because [redacted] now will not honor that plan BECAUSE your company's representatives did not process it correctly, I expect you to do everything in your power to make this right.  3. The figures noted are false on multiple levels. Michelle initially quoted me an amount of $768, which was already too low. She then stated you would pay the difference between what my current rate "should" be ($300) vs what [redacted] would make it ($355) for a period of 2 years. That is a total of $1320, but is still incorrect as it assumes the cost of our plan rose to $300 when in fact one of your representatives assured us the cost would decrease (but I would be able to accept it staying the same). She then stated it would actually be the difference between $300 and $335. So far Michelle has quoted me 3 different numbers, and now you are quoting yet another that I had not received before. Most importantly, none have shown any specific calculations as to how they were determined. What I will accept right now is the difference between my future plan's cost and my current plan's cost. To me that appears to be ($355 - $288) x 24 months = $1608I also expect an additional payment for data overages between the period between now and October. At $15/overage I believe we had somewhere between 4-6 so I would accept $75.The total would then be $1683.

date the rebate department received the rebate forms which was 11/27/2015. Your rebates will be mailed by 3/3/2016. Up to date rebate information is available at www.stuartleerebates.com by entering in your activated phone number and zip code. Normal rebate processing time was disclosed at the time of purchase and also is included on the contract you signed at Ft. Myers Wireless Kiosk.
Regarding you calls to Wireless Advocates customer service and not receiving a response. I will take this information back to upper management to look into and address.
