Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Michelle was supposed to reach out to [redacted] to get them to contact me as [redacted] , [redacted] , and Wireless Advocates have all submitted guidance to me that I cannot contact the wireless provider directly to resolve this because it was Wireless Advocates that incorrectly applied the plan, not [redacted] So your response is in that regardI have received no contact from [redacted] whatsoever to this dayAdditionally, Michelle has not advised me to contact [redacted] in any of our correspondenceIn fact, as shown in the attached email screenshot, she stated just days ago that she would reach out to them again to contact meI do not want to change to a [redacted] unlimited plan, I have made that clear from the startI want the plan I boughtSo because your company did not process that correctly and because [redacted] now will not honor that plan BECAUSE your company's representatives did not process it correctly, I expect you to do everything in your power to make this right The figures noted are on multiple levelsMichelle initially quoted me an amount of $768, which was already too lowShe then stated you would pay the difference between what my current rate "should" be ($300) vs what [redacted] would make it ($355) for a period of yearsThat is a total of $1320, but is still incorrect as it assumes the cost of our plan rose to $when in fact one of your representatives assured us the cost would decrease (but I would be able to accept it staying the same)She then stated it would actually be the difference between $and $So far Michelle has quoted me different numbers, and now you are quoting yet another that I had not received beforeMost importantly, none have shown any specific calculations as to how they were determinedWhat I will accept right now is the difference between my future plan's cost and my current plan's costTo me that appears to be ($- $288) x months = $1608I also expect an additional payment for data overages between the period between now and OctoberAt $15/overage I believe we had somewhere between 4-so I would accept $75.The total would then be $ Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Part of this is correct, I was contacted by T-Mobile and told I was taking a $credit The issue is, the Wireless Advocate in the store told me it would be a $a month credit T-Mobile has denied that and said that is between me and Wireless Advocate I still have a photo of the store display that says, the iPhone is $for months This has been going on for months now! At one point T-Mobile even told me that I was not getting ANY credit for the iPhones I sent in Not until last week, has Wireless Advocates even spoken to T-Mobile on my behalf The first manager Earl, kept taking my calls but never providing any service At this point, Wireless Advocate needs to step up and take responsibility for their employees and the promises they make to their customers Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
1> I was never made aware of the return policy at the point of purchase, later I was told by the POP and the Costco senior staff at the Fremont store that the return policy for cell phone purchases at Costco Kiosk is similar to any other Costco.com purchase and that's the reason Angela (Senior Supervisor at Costco Fremont) spent almost 1hr working with the managers at the Kiosk to understand the problem as she wasn't always aware of this policyIf I knew about this policy of sending the phones to a warehouse and waiting for their mercy to allow me to buy another replacement I would never bought it from them
Charon K*** called me on July and after hearing my part of the story confirmed that they will reimburse $(not sure how suddenly they changed their mind to $65...can't trust this company>>>>) and the check will be sent out on 7/7/(due to the holidays)we agreed on the deal (please see my email below sent to her confirming my decision)Haven't received anything yet, no correspondence, no check and no updates that is being conveyed to Revdex.com

Thanks for the response CharonUnfortunately nothing is going correct or straightforward here and the only person suffering out of this mess is meI can't trust anything till I see the refund in my bankI trusted Costco and thought the policies will be governed by themI was given an invoice on Costco letter head without any information about the return policyI was ***er misinformed that even if I place a Direct Order, I can still return the items at Costco (which was vouched for by the manager at Costco)
I wasted my time, energy and money in this whole deal CharonI will accept the $check, as we discussed
