Upon checking, I can see a $16 USD Wish gift card was added to your account and will expire on October 21, 2017. It will be automatically applied towards your next purchase. Please note that it cannot be used towards shipping costs, and can only be applied towards the price of items. 
 
Do note that when a group buy gift card is issued to you, it expires in 7 days. It looks like your original gift cards were issued to you on August 17 and expired on August 25, 2017.

Full name as it appears on your Wish profile
Last four digits of the credit card used to place the order AND the exact date and amount of the charge in US Dollars
If you used PayPal please provide the Unique Transaction ID which can be found on your PayPal statement
This should help us find your account and help locate the order.

Items do not have to be returned. Most refunds process in 5-7 days, but some can take up to 14 days. If you do not see your refund returned to your original payment method, please contact us and provide your Wish order ID (begins with a 56) that you can find in your order history.
In the future, please open a refund request directly through the app. Opening a refund request directly through the app puts all the information we need in one place. It is definitely the fastest way to get your money back.
To begin the refund process:
Tap the ""Order History"" tab from the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
Find your missing item on the page.
Tap on the big blue ""Request Refund"" button under that item.
Follow the promps to and fill out the required information to open your refund request.
This will open a request in our system and you should receive a reply within 24 hours.

that the items came damaged. Just to verify, did you send back all three items to the Return Center?
We're unfortunately unable to provide reimbursement for return shipping. But we're happy to offer credit to your Wish account as compensation for your shipping if you provide us with a receipt of the shipping costs.
