I ordered a pair of Bluetooth earbuds from [redacted] What a mistakeThe item pictured and described were two black Bluetooth headphones and a charger stationI expected for there to be a long wait, and it wasBut when my delivery arrived all that was in the package was one dirty, smudged, strangely large black earbud and a 1" usb charge cordI was not happy with this, and as per the refund instructions I took a picture of the trash they mailed me and waited for a responseA few days later I recieved a reply trying to convince me that I ordered only one earbudThis is utter nonsenseThe item description says one pair and pictures two earbuds sitting in their chargerThe company mailing this to me outright lied about their product and then tried to convince me that I made the mistakeI feel like they put their hand in my pocket, took my cash, and then replaced it with some crap they dug out of their couch cushions, then told me I wanted it

Wish comingled mine and my sons Wish accounts.When I purchased items on June 18,I tried to use [redacted] as per usualShockingly the payment page came up with my sons credit card, not my [redacted] accountI then filed for an immediate refund to my sons account which Wish said it would do in a week or so.TO this date no refund has been forthcoming to either my son or my account concerning this purchase for $I have sent them several emails to try and resolve this problem to no avail! They have no apparent way in their complaint forms to deal with this problem.The comingling of the accounts was done without our knowledge!

Wish [redacted] list their low prices underneath pictures but once you press buy the price increasesTheir shipping prices are clearly stated

I ordered items - all shipped individually Delivery dates for everything got pushed back - sometimes more than once Bottom line: NOTHING EVER ARRIVED! Ever! The only positive is they refunded w/o question I tried to communicate with someone about the problem, but no matter what I did all I ever got back was the same form letter Lousy company!
