the return process for Wish is so grueling I will never use them again i'm going back to [redacted] here is the process start a return FIRST PAGE you are not allowed to continue the process to the SECOND page with out taking a photo of the product which is xtremely grueling when your doing it on a laptop and a phone that has issues uploading photos to a computer this took mins for the first page second page you are not allowed to go to the THIRD page unless you print out the return label RIGHT AWAY which does you no good if you dont have a printer or need ink or paper for it or are trying to get to sleep or work the next day or coming home from work and want to sleep THEN AFTER you do that you are not allowed to continue to the FOURTH page unless you take a photo of the item to be returned with its return packaging and return label which does you no good if you dont have packaging for returning the item on hand so you must go BUY return packaging then you will be allowed to continue to the 5TH page where you are NOT ALLOWED to finish the return process unless you mark the item shipped! A VERY GENEROUS [redacted] YOU TO Wish FOR MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIVES MORE DIFFICULT THEN THEY ALREADY ARE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED DON'T USE WISH FOR THINGS YOU AREN'T SURE WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED THAT NICE BRA OR PAIR OF PANTS MAYBE EVEN A NICE JACKET YOU SAW ON WISH? I have ordered items with wish.com, so far only two items arrived but I got emails that all of them were shipped, that was weeks agoNot all Chinese companies are bad, I ordered two items at [redacted] coming from China a week after wish and they arrived just in time for Christmas

I purchased items and so far have received Of these, was nothing like the product I orderedIt was x 4000watt inverters and they won't even run a 750watt resistive heaterThis should be no problem to a 4000watt inverterI think what I received was x watt invertersWhat a [redacted] ripof! Advertised was a sound bar and subwoofer, all I got was a crappy soundbarOrdered a bluetooth radio/speakers for my garage which looks nothing like the photos in their ads and despite the claim the sound was high quality, it is absolutely crapI also ordered a phone case for my wife based on her model of phoneThe case that arrived didn't fit the phone by any stretch of the imaginationI have been in contact with their customer service to seek a refund or preferably get the goods I wanted and after some communication that has since stopped completelyTo be honest, I was dubious about them and took their promises and site reviews with a grain of salt but thought I would give them a goMy concerns have now been provenI suspect that even the reviews they show on their websites are fake and mainly revolve around (people?) saying how quick their service was but there appears to be few genuine reviews that rave about the quality of goodsI also think that if you did happen to put a bad review like in my case, it never makes it onto their websiteLike many others, delivery was great but was the least of my problemsNever again Wish! And I will also be sharing my concerns with my hundreds of friends on [redacted]  who will hopefully forward them onI believe something has to be done about this company

I have a account on geek.wish [redacted] and l have been buying some things from this company of wish [redacted] recently in the last couple of weeks or so l could not order from the mobile app as it kept telling me my bank card was not going through, l even checked with my bank if there was a problem and the bank even verified that nothing was wrong with my card and that they saw no pending authorization from geek.wish.com so l contacted customer service via email as you cannot call them, they are totally useless as they copy and paste the response and do not address the issue or even try to help find a solution for the problem with my account PLUS the bank card l have saved in my account had been taken out and l did not remove it, so l asked them who removed it, they again copy and paste a response and sometimes l get the same response back and this has happen several times with no help from them at all, they have people selling on there also that say there is item is made from a certain metal if

This company should not be allowed to do business at allTheir products are not even worth the money!! You hardly ever get what you orderedIf you get them at allIf you complain that you did not receive the products your account gets flaggedIf you complain the products are not what you ordered they try to fight with youThey advertise most of their jewelry as Sterling silver what you get is plasticMost of their products are from China and have long deliveryThey seem to make their money on transport not on the items You are not making deals when ordering from themAs mentioned they claim you received Items even if you have notYou are just supposed to send them money I guess! If you receive items that are not having the qualities that are advertisedNo way of returning the items and if you complain they flagging your account and refuse you the refund, Sure its cheap but people have to work their money as wellTheir practices are unacceptable

Ripped me off....not going to explain everything g but I didnt get the item and didnt get refunded for the item as well as the delivery charge and now they are not responding to my emails....approximately dollars I was ripped off for hope they [redacted] also because the way this complaint app works I have to leave star rating...I dont want to even give them staragain I hope they [redacted] with all their greed
