I am not a member of WISH and do not have its app I have never ordered anything from this internet company and do not intend to do so Somehow my email address is in their records as [redacted] *** I am not [redacted] *** I have received numerous emails and send them numerous requests to stop sending me emails The first email was regarding an order that I never placed and had no knowledge of The emailed responses to my request to delete my name/email from their contact lists are automated forms that instruct me that to delete my name/address/account I need to sign into an account I do not have an account so I c***ot sign in It is also impossible to reach this company by phone,

I had made orders with this company many emails back in forward for all mostmonths and they have been giving me the run aroundI just want my refund back they have the clothes ship back to the company, I took pictures as well sent them back as wellOne order id [redacted] $,the next order was id [redacted] for$I just want my refund back the clothes where cut to small for me I wish I could where then be could notThis is the worst company I had deal with for a refund and customer service is bad [redacted] Garris

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: No exchanges or refunds? The message I was given is the same copy/paste one we were given prior to when we started getting unsolicited miniature envelopes with nothing in them This is mail fraud! ARTISTS/PHOTOGRAPHERS PLEASE CHECK WISH, especially tapestries, for your work! Wish stuff is super cheap but never worth itThey have horrible customer service, if you're lucky to get any at all, some packages take forever, and are just really not what you orderI also have photographic proof of at least four artists who have had their art stolen on this site/app, so if you are an artist, especially when it comes to sketches/nature photography, PLEASE CHECK WISH! I alerted all of the artists and many did not speak English as a first language; unluckily for Wish, I speak three, so now they're trying to take actionAll of these artists were NEVER contacted by wish for permission to use their art, and NEVER voluntarily submitted their art for any useTheir tapestries on [redacted] / [redacted] were selling for around $40, and on wish they were $with hundreds sold, effectively robbing artists blind who can't even speak the languageSickening

I have tried to order clothing from Wis [redacted] twice now and both times they have cancelled my order They have been orders of close to $100, I have submitted proof of payment, and after two weeks of waiting for my items to be shipped they have sent me an email telling me they refunded me for everything I don't recommend using this site EVER to buy things The prices may look nice, but only if you actually receive the products! I am highly dissatisfied
