As much as the products look affordable.what they don't tell you.is how long shipping will take and that it comes from other distrubutorsI ordered before Thanksgiving and it said my items would arrive around Dec 5th.-I thought that was reasonableWhen I got my email it said the items were shipped out on Dec 2nd-5th and my Christmas decorations will not arrive until Dec and some of the gifts on Dec 28th.that is not acceptable They knew these things were for Christmas and should have a disclaimer when ordering Not a happy shopper

I ordered necklaces for my grand daughters and with an after thought, I ordered one more for myselfI immediately asked them if they could combine the two orders and they replied no not at this timeI received an email that they had processed, and then another that they had shipped along with a tracking number..upon trying to track, this is when I realized that it was coming from Malaysia...WHAT??? Ok, fast forward..They/it never showed upThis morning I emailed to see where my package/s was and today I received an email from ***, saying "Thank you for writing back to Wish Customer Service and I'm glad to hear from you againI understand that you want to know the status of your ordersUpon checking, It shows that your local post office has attempted to deliver your parcel but didn't reach youWith that, I can recommend to please check with your local post office to see if they can re-send your parcel or pick it up there." EXCUSE ME!?!? I informed [redacted] that I live in a small community where everyone knows everyone and that this was absolutely not possible, and further stating that if this issue was not resolved to my satisfaction that I not only would NEVER do business with this company again that I also would be writing a review of my experience with themWell guess what! This evening I checked my email and there were emails from WISH stating that they were refunding my money and emails from PayPal confirming the refunds! Well this tells me that Mr [redacted] flat out LIED TO ME! They just took my money and never shipped the items! Now looking at other reviews, I feel that I'm lucky that I was issued a refund!!! NEVER, EVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
