Dear MrS*** ***e, we did contact you: CALLED INSURED ###-###-####12/22/11:23:AM--Jose Ceme( CLMS) I left a V/m for the Insured informing him we rec'd his concerns for this claimI explained CVG to him and informed him that he does not have comp/coll and are unable to pay for the IV's damagesI explained that we rec'd a coverage denial from the claimant's carrier and it appears there is no coverage for this lossI informed him that he would need to speak with the claimant's carrier and if needed he would need to take the claimant to small claims court for the repairsI left my claim and call back number if he had any questions You have not returned our call to date

I am rejecting this response because:I did receive from "J***'s supervisor" R*** Miller on 8/12/who said they confirmed with their driver, they were at faultHe said they will be issuing a check that day for the repair amount. I received the check on 8/15/and went to the issuing bank on the check, Wells Fargo, to cash the checkThe teller said their system prompted them to call their corporate treasury departmentI waited while they calledThen the branch manager came out and explained they could not cash the check, as instructed by their treasurer, due to issue with the funds on the account from this businessHe suggested I go back to the company that wrote the check and let them know what happened and they would need to contact Wells Fargo to resolve their bank account issue. I left a voice mail with the adjuster, J*** ***, on 8/16/16, for her or R*** to call me to resolve this issueNo response to dateWould like this business to resolve their issue with their bank so I can cash the check and obtain the funds to fix the damage on my car caused by their insured driver

I am rejecting this response because: I have read hundreds of complaints about this companyIt is typical of them to say they will call a customer and then not do soEven if they do, they are rude and make excuses
while resolving nothingI did not ask for them just to call meI asked them to get started on the repair of my car, pay for a rental car, and complete this claimCalling me and rudely saying they'll get to it when they have time is not satisfactory

I am rejecting this response because:They completely forgot to mention that H*** mentioned and offered that if we needed more money for the Dr to go get a consultation which we did! We came back and gave them the quote and they said that it was ridiculous! They never once said to go to a specific place or a specific amount we went and did what H*** said to do! Only for them to turn around and say no and take the or leave it! They also forgot to mention that the Manager Thomas was super disrespectful and condescending! Also stating if you don't like it seen legal counselSo yes the original offer was but they told us if we needed more to get a quoteIf that wasn't a realistic option why even offer that and waste time! Let alone not answering our phone calls!

I'm sorry but I don't know what is more disturbing; your reply or that it took days for it!There's plenty of proof the accident happened; cops, paramedics, witnesses, pictures, etc...If you choose too, you can contact your client; you have addresses, names, phone #, etc...You can choose too prolong this if you want, but I am the one with no working car
