The Company’s records reveal that the witness statement is not favorable to you. Adjuster Anthony Villanueva needs to simply follow-up with you on a few additional items that have surfaced since you provided your original statement. The Company will conduct a thorough investigation as required by law. The Company employs a multitude of specialized adjusters. The claimant vehicle operator is now represented by an attorney and is claiming they suffered an injury as a result of your negligence. Your automobile insurance policy allows us to make payment to another party when the Company believes you were legally liable for those damages. In this case, the Company is still investigating facts of the loss as each party is presenting a different set of facts. Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I was hit by one of this companies insuredDealing with them is a nightmareThey told me my car would be repaired but told the body shop it was a total lossThey approved a rental car but won't reimburse for itThe accident occurred on June and it is now August I have not even been able to get the car into a repair shop and there is no end in sight.I want to get my car into a body shopTo do that, this company needs to state that the car is repairable and not totalledThey told me that and will say that on the phone to me but that is worthlessI also want them to reimburse my receipts for a rental carThey approved a rental car but now said they will pay for a car for "7-days"My car is inoperable and I have rented a car since June The bill for the first weeks was $I sent them a copy of the bill and they ignored it Regards, P [redacted]
