When I opened my policy at the walnut office they never explained to me what my policy was really cover and never explained to me that my kids were involved in my insurance also they never told me I only had two drivers listed on my policy at all or that I didn't have a permissive driver all I could say is the insurance brokers don't take the time to explain really what the policy is covering you and I always thought that the car is the one with the insurance not the driver but again when I open my policy if I would of had the correct help and a professional helping me with my policy by that been said explaining and doing the job right I would of known what I really had its not my fault that the brokers that represent you or sale your policy don't do there job correct when I open my policy the driver was leaving with me and he was older then years of age and until I contact a legal advice that's when I knew how much of a bad representation I had with the broker because the lawyer explained to me that by law after yrs of age insurance companies do a exemption of any child living in the home to be excluded as a driver and it's clear that not even that was explained to me or I wa not aware of this at all also so it's clear that the office personal that helped me getting this policy didn't do the job right and now I have to pay the consequences because I would of had all my kids over yrs old on my policy just to cover my selfs not well personal is what your brokers are

I am rejecting this response because: They have sent me letters saying they are taking longer with my claim investigation and adding more and more to the investigation due to my "Failure To Cooperate" yet I have given them everything they have asked from me and have cooperated with themThey are the ones not cooperating with me as I usually call them and they do not answer my calls, I have asked to speak to a supervisor plenty of times and not once have they let me get in contact with any supervisorIt seems as if they are trying to find any reason not to pay my claim and/or just stall it
