I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10881800, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory but what can you do but pay for your own damages because an insurance company takes over a month to do an investigation when I could very easily approach the owner of the vehicles myself to try to settle this by taking a police officer with me. NO MATTER who drives my car, as long as they have my permission to drive it, if they are in an accident the accident is covered by my insurance. Having to pay medical and repair my own vehicle is ridiculous and unfair. This company has not contacted me since 10/28/when I asked for an update and all I got was an email and this person did not speak to me several times like he said. This will never get taken care off so the State can sue to collect on the medical for the ambulance and hospital since it will be submitted to Medi-Cal and my insurance can fix my car and try to collect.Thank youT*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:It does not resolve the issue. Yes, I did agree to settle my claim because my physician agreed to accept a lower amount, mainly because neither us wanted to further deal with the rude and despicable behavior displayed by your representative, L*** ***. I don't know if this behavior is by design, but frankly, you should be embarrassed to have someone of her character employed by your organizationNeither myself nor my doctor deserved to be repeatedly insulted.As a division director within my company I manage a team of six people, and if any of them were to speak to a client as with 10% of the attitude she gave me they would be out the door, no question about it.I fully expect a formal apology and to know what actions will be taken to correct her.

I am rejecting this response because:I am aware that my check was voided and
reissuedI provided my personal information and formal documents with my personal information multiple times to the adjuster with my insurance as well as the adjuster with alliance united to ensure quality and correctnessHowever, I believe it was a tactless ploy to delay compensation to "mistakenly" address a check with such sensitive information to an incorrect address.I am awaiting receipt of the second check issued, and I am awaiting the finish of car repairI have sent my rental car receipt to the adjuster I have been corresponding with for reimbursementI have also attached the document here for reference.Please note that the accident occurred the evening of January 17th, 2016, I received my rental vehicle on January 18th, 2016, and I am still awaiting the resolution of my claim almost an entire month laterHad I been provided with adequate, honest, and timely service, I would not have an issue
