Our records show we received one phone call from you on 2/15/2016. Customer Service advised you to submit a written request to cancel with your signature and we would cancel the policy after we receive. We also advised if you wanted us to backdate the cancellation we would

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Based on their response, "they don't believe the damage was a result of the accident", I have two witnesses that were inside my vehicle before the accident and during the accident They can write a statement stating that my car was damaged do to the accident if needed My car had no front end damage until I was hit from behind which pushed me into the curb and scrapped the front side fender As I stated in the CHP report, the officer who took the report walked around each car involved and he pointed out the damage that I wasn't even aware of As for the driver who hit me he only looked at the rear of my car for damages, so he wasn't even aware of the damage I have no reason to lie about the damages I feel that this company is a fraud The purpose of having insurance is to cover any damages one may receive during an accident This was not my fault and I do not agree with Alliance United's response or their claim that this wasn't damaged do to the accident I received a letter from the claim adjuster dated 7/14/again stating they have investigated and are still denying the claim I am still not accepting their response They are responsible for the damage that they insured driver caused to my vehicle

The Company recommends that you do replace the car seat. When the broker submitted the new business application he entered the annual miles you drive each vehicle as 5,which is below our minimum. We sent you a letter dated 6/4/requesting the use of each vehicle, odometer reading and miles driven and we did not receive a response. In
the letter it states if we do not receive the requested information the annual miles will change to our default of 12,000. We sent an uprate letter on 7/7/advising the amount of the increase and the reason for the increase. If you would like to provide the requested information we will be happy to review and amend your policy accordingly on the renewal
