Very pleased with the plumbing work and advise given by [redacted] of Woodfin

Called at 4:10PM and explained my outside unit on the heat pump was not working. 10 minutes later, I received a call from James S telling me he would be there in 15-25 minutes. 20 minutes later he was on the job, diagnosed the problem and with 20 more minutes fixed the issue wrote up the bill and cleaned up behind himself.
Outstanding service done well is terrific by itself but literally an hour and a quarter after calling, the job was done - that is beyond terrific.

Woodfin sent one of their service technicians, [redacted] to perform annual cleaning and tune-up of our two HVAC systems in April, 2015. He was very thorough and meticulous as he tested the various components, explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. He took care to avoid making any mess and to put everything back as it was. He arrived within the appointment window, after first calling to verify the time. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service he and Woodfin provided.provided.

Woodfin Plumbing Technician Matt, was fantastic! He and his team installed our amazing new gas line and gas cooktop with ease and efficiency. Matt was positive and accepting of the changes we "suggested" in mid project. Very pleasant and clean. I will call Matt for any future plumbing issues that we have!

Woodfin Heating has always been helpful when I had questions and 'johnny-on-the-spot' when I had furnace problems. Their service team appears to be well-trained and knowledgeable about my furnace. James W[redacted], the technician who serviced my furnace recently, was polite and friendly and completed a thorough tune-up on my furnace.

A new water line was connected to my house quickly.The ditch was filled in , and I was told to call in a few week to have the work completed by woodfin. All of the workers were polite .

Jesse H[redacted] was the electrician who inspected our house. He was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, offered some tips about what might be done, and pointed out some minor issues. I rate his work at 5-stars, and would value his work on my home anytime it is needed.

Tim(53)W arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently. He also recommended a better way to set up my Woodfin service plan, which was greatly appreciated.

Technician was prompt and professional during the plumbing inspection. Also I requested a quote for some repair work which was provided in a timely manner

I was very pleased with the service provided by the Woodfin Home Team plumbing representative. He clearly explained the results of each of the plumbing systems that he examined and patiently answered my numerous and sometimes repeated questions. The systems that were rated less than fair were pointed out in detail along with several recommendations for repair. The service representative provided a detailed inspection report and at my request an estimate of the scope of work of the system(s) that needed repair.

I had my bi-annual HVAC check-up by Woodfin and was very pleased with the experience. The technician assigned to my inspection was named Robert (33) and he called 30 minutes before getting to my home in the pre-scheduled time and was very professional with his work and answered all of my questions in a laymen's term for me. He fixed a problem in one of my units by changing the quick recovery time from 90 minutes to 60 minutes and it quieted the unit done very nicely. I have had these checkups done for the past 6 years and I have requested Robert to do for me from now on. Thanks for having this person on your TEAM Woodfin......He is an asset !!

I am a long-time fan of Woodfin Heating, Inc. I use this firm for heating, plumbing, and general information on hunting and fishing as most of the workers are outdoors people.
This weekend Woodfin came to my house to make sure that the air-conditioning was in good operating condition. The young man's name was Chris. I don't remember him coming to my home initially; however, he told me that he helped to install the original equipment because his "name" was written on the "tag" to the machine!!!! I know how proud one can be to see your "autograph" on something you did so long ago. I say whatever he did then when he came to my house with his "teacher" I have never had a problem. Hey, that's like most of The Woodfin Team even the ladies who work there and I met some at the "Home Show."
So Woodfin Heating, Inc. -- whatever you are doing to teach your staff the ins/outs,
I commend you.
PS. The same day Chris was at my house, my neighbor had your competitor ([redacted]) fixing his air-condition unit. Chris left my house several hours before my neighbor's
house was done (also air-conditioning). Thank you for having a great team!

Just had a service call by Mark Y of Woodfin. I am not easy to please but Mark answered all my many questions and fixed my problem. There was a long standing problem with how my thermostats were programmed. Now they are perfect!!

Woodfin always does a great job when they help us out with things. We trust them for electrical, plumbing and heat pumps. Todd was very helpful on this service call.

I was more then happy with the level of service that I was given. Robert came into my home and saw what the problem was. He fully repaid what needed to be repaired and never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. I have dealt with a few plumbing company's in the past and always have ended up with bills higher then what was told in the start. With these guys it was the same amount. I will use them for life.
