Timely response to my need. Proffesional and polite. Provided additional information to assist me in the future.

Adam G#15 came to tune my boiler for the winter. He was prompt, polite and neat. Woodfin gives you a time window. They call to let you know when the technician is on his way. Thanks Woodfin..your service, and products are great!

Jaye provided a comprehensive assessment of our electrical system and provided a detailed report of his findings and recommendations for additional electrical work we would like in the future. He also took the time to install a light fixture and corrected an issue with the box that was not originally installed very well when the house was built. He showed us the issue and resolved it properly, committed to doing the job right.
Will call on Jaye for future needs and would certainly recommend his services.

Good job. Very good worker. Worked efficiently and continually. If I need further assistance I hope to have Matt again.

Technician was on time, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

very personable and knowledgeable tech. Offered good advise and information

Dylan did an excellent job of servicing my oil furnace and thoroughly explained the maintenance check list when he completed with the task at hand. He was very professional and I was definitely appreciative that he called prior to the scheduled service.
I don't have any negative comments about the service pro or the company as I have been a loyal customer of Woodfin Heating, Inc. for 11 years.

Mike E[redacted] from Woodfin provided excellent service in performing a service of my gas fired boiler and hotwater heating system.

Daniel S[redacted] was very thorough and provided excellent service. He explained what needed to be done and why and provided good advice for our planning purposes. He was very polite and professional.

[redacted] was fantastic. He called ahead and thoroughly reviewed our issue when he arrived. He fixed what other technicians hadn't been able to, and our AC has been running great since his visit. Thank you, [redacted]!

After much research to select a kitchen faucet, Brendon @ Woodfin installed it on 4/18/2016. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was done in about one hour.
He was courteous and efficient and and did the job that we, as homeowners,
did not want to undertake. Woodfin had installed our heat pump a couple of years ago and we have a maintenance agreement with them on that unit. So, it was a no brainer to call them when we needed a plumber. We have another project in a couple of months to replace 2 toilets and once again plan to use Woodfin to complete the job.

Once I got over the price of the new thermostat, I think Chris K #48 (and his sidekick) did a great job in installing our new thermostat. They were very professional and gave us great directions on how to use our new thermostat. Job well done guys!

Found problem in 2 minutes that two other HVCA folks did not. Fantastic service!

We had a full house generator installed. The gentleman with Woodfin that came back to put more dirt in the trench did a very good job. Originally the trench was not fully filled and was a safety hazard. Brandon & Stephen came back and completed the job.
Overall, I'm still working out a few things with Woodfin. My experience has been rocky and I have received incorrect messages along the way. Everyone is very polite but things have dragged out. I still have cables that were cut and no one seems to want to fix the problem even though I was told if we cut any cables or wires we will fix them. This has not happened. I feel like there is a lack of communication between all of the departments involved in or at least lack of communication with me as the customer. I still have expectations that the remaining items will be corrected soon. Once everything is completed, then I will feel more positive about working with Woodfin.

Robert has been out 3 time over the last few weeks for a water filter installation, and shower diverter repair. He was such a professional. Very courteous, and did the jobs well. I plan on requesting him via Woodfin for every plumbing issue we have in the future.

Woodfin Heating had Corbin come out and help me with my "old house" wiring. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. All that I need to have done was completed.

Service technician Matt (19t): Matt serviced our oil furnace Saturday October 22, 2016. He was professional thorough and courteous. He is an exceptional technician - the best tech we have had service our unit from Woodfin Heating, Inc. Your company is fortunate to have him as an employee. If you have any incentive / bonus programs, please consider him as a recipient!

Hired for a complete removal and reinstall of two new HVAC systems for the recently purchased home- 6 weeks to do a one week job, did not coordinate with the Electrician even though contact information was provided to them and he had to wait for their call as his work was dependent upon theirs as it was in steps. I would call for a status update (three times) to find the work had stopped waiting for the electrician to come to the site however, "if you do not call him he will not know to come to do the work." the electrician was never called until I, the customer called for a status update to find he was needed on site. Multiple delays by Atlantic- I was told, personnel, too much work, etc.
Week 5 I asked for an update as we were moving Friday 5/8 and asked -"will I have AC- the response from the Sales/Project Manager ([redacted]) was "you have AC available" Moved on 5/8; on 5/9 no response from the 3 thermostats so the Service Weekend call tech was called and he came out in about 90 minutes and tells me- the AC was never started... so I have AC available does not mean I have it because it is turned on - is this a game of words that was played with me???? It was unprofessional to say the least.
The next week noticed zone 1 not efficient- we had moved in, looking for the Return Intake duct work for zone 1 and 3 of us look for the intake- called Atlantic to ask the installers where the return duct was installed to find it had not been installed and the work incomplete, yet I was assured the system was complete and no more work was to be done I was informed emphatically... apparently no management oversight nor supervisory to oversee the work as it was being signed off as complete and it was not till the customer questioned the work based on a zone which was not working correctly nor accurately, and the component could not be found. I was contacted and informed the Return duct had not been installed and they would return to complete the job - showed 5-6 days afterwards to complete the work.
The zone2 consisted of the south facing glass enclosed sun room, the kitchen and family room. Atlantic had placed the thermostat in the sunroom, on the south side facing wall- even their own technicians questioned the placement of the thermostat by the Production Team and their management for efficiency and effectiveness as well as the rationale. I had them move it to another location less influenced by direct sunlight
As of this writing I still wait for a corrected bill statement now requested for the 3rd time. I was sent a bill dated 6/1 with an 18% added interest rate for an unpaid balance based on the initial bill date of 4/1, which is when I signed the contract. However the last work on the project (install of the return duct done around 5/18 was not taken into account till I addressed it) - billed when work is done or bill me when I sign the contract- it was the first however, and was told a corrected bill would be sent. I have agreed to send a check once I receive a corrected bill, which I have now requested for a third time in 3 weeks as of this morning 6/8.
The company had been provided a key to access the house since we were not living there at the time the work was started and supposed to be completed before we moved in. However since then and as of this morning still the key cannot be found by Atlantic so it cannot be returned as of yet.
The quality of the equipment and operation is not in question. The operation of the company and questionable ethical and moral fiber of the company is in question as are the actions of the staff there in my personal opinion. It appears lip service is what they do well as I still wait for my key, and a current bill for me to pay and I have now multiple times told them send me a current bill and I will write you a check to pay in full and I have yet to receive a corrected bill as we have discussed now on three occasions. Into the 6th week of a one week project is questionable also and never an apology for the misfires on this project...

Gene 316 of Woodfin installed a new water heater. He was professional and answered all our questions. Gene was extreme neat. We rate him a "10"

Mr. T[redacted] was prompt and very professional in appearance and conduct. He pointed out some critical items that had not been done by a previous supplier and corrected them. Polite and knowledgeable.
