The plumbing tech, Scotty G[redacted], was very polite, friendly, and above all very professional. Answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Another reason I choose Woodfin for my generator. Great company with great employees.

James (and every service person) explained everything thoroughly and with expertise. I purchased a new heater, AC and water heater last winter and the entire experience was positive. [redacted] came and fixed a plunger in one of our bathrooms and did a great job. What a nice and personable young man. Woodfin is blessed to have someone with his attitude and personality.

When Billy came to my house he was very professional. Shook our hands and explained what he had to do. Apologized that it might take at least 4 hours. Did a fantastic job and when he had to go outside in the back yard, he didn't even let my dogs out of the fence. Cleaned up any mess he made and checked to see if all the electrical was working before he left.

Eric P[redacted] solved my problem!

James S. #23 was very nice and thoroughly checked out the problem. James also had installed the system in our home in June, and I found him then, to be someone I did not mind working in our home. He is valued employee to have in your employ.

Woodfin and all their team members have always been wonderful to deal with and are beyond respectful of being in my house. My wife and I highly recommend Woodfin for all their services.

Service was very prompt. Technician came within two hours of the request for service. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he planned to do and made the repair. Also got him to fix another unrelated problem which he did without complaint. Have used Woodfin several times over the last few years and have always been satisfied with the service and the friendly people they employ.

[redacted] (plumber) did an excellent job clearing a massive clog in our kitchen sink on May 18. He also fixed a minor but annoying problem with the way a previous company's plumber had incorrectly hooked up a hose under the sink. Thank you!

Woodfin cleaned and checked my two zone heating and air conditioning system on December 11th. The technicians arrived on time, completed their work in a very professional manner, advised me of imminent problems with my aging system, and scheduled an appointment for me with a customer service representative one week hence.

Extremely professional. The technician was well informed about the Art Cool equipment he came to service. He found the problem very quickly. We were very pleased with the way in which he handled the problem.

Matt was courteous to me and explained the different plumbing jobs that need to be done at my house. Those are both important to me.

We have been Woodfin customers for 37 years at two locations. This review concerns our yearly HVAC check-up. Technician Daniel arrive on time and was respectful and courteous. Our unit was 15 years old and the fan motor was bad. The question was to risk replacing the fan motor on an old unit and then find other issues once running again, or to get replacement HVAC. We decided to risk new motor. Daniel installed new motor and then ran unit. Freon was low. Daniel talked to manager who approved testing Freon with nitrogen charge. Once unit was charged, you could hear the leaks at the evaporator coil. replacement of coil would cost $2,100. We opted to not repair old unit and buy new HVAC. Daniel talked with his manager and they took out new fan motor and put old motor back in. They did not charge us for testing Freon leak or for the motor. Service call was no charge, even though we had agreed that we would pay for fan motor once it was installed. Woodfin decided that customer service was more important than policy. They saved us over $700 by not charging us for fan motor, safety switch, or Freon test. Daniel was very polite even though he now also had to take out the new fan and safety switch and put the old ones back.
We truly appreciate Daniel's attitude and professionalism, and Woodfin's great customer service.
