Emergency electrical service provided by Jay was way above and beyond all expectations. I could not be more pleased.

James is a very good technician. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave a clear and concise explanation. He and his assistant then did the work needed to address the problem. I certainly think that James is an asset to the Woodfin organization.

We take every precaution possible with various types of pre-employment screenings including background and aptitude testing as we try to hire long term employees that fit our culture. Jeff showed up on time and conducted a very through job of cleaning and servicing my heating and A/C units. The coolant was low. He took the time to apprise me of what to expect and the cost if a leak was detected. He did and exhaustive search but no leak was detected. Very nice young man, very personable and friendly. He left me with the piece of mind that my systems would hold me through the summer. It was a pleasure to have him servicing my units. If I need additional work done on my heating or A/C uint I want Jeff to handle my request.

I have 4 maintenance contracts with Woodfin and have always had great prompt service.

Tony came out to check my security system. I was getting a code on my panel since the storm knocked down power lines in our neighborhood and I was not able to clear it. He was professional and inspected my system thoroughly. When he left I was confident that my security is back online and I am safe. Nice job!

Woodfin heating technician Eric P[redacted] serviced my heat pump in a very professional manner. He was personable and a pleasure to work with.

Great job by Robert inspecting our plumbing and advising on corrective actions. He was thorough, professional and presented options. There was no high pressure sales pitch - just an accurate assessment. Completely satisfied.

Todd V at Woodfin is a very nice person and did an excellent job. Could not have asked for better results in such a short timeframe.

[redacted], an electrician, performed an electrical inspection at my home on January 22, 2014. He notified me shortly before arrival time, which was within the period of time scheduled. He donned his booties over his work shoes, he was courteous and thorough. I appreciated his low-key approach to the items and prices Woodfin would install to correct any broken or not up to code electrical items. He provided a complete, legible report for my future reference. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this young man.

Tony D[redacted] was very skilled and thorough. He took a lot of his personal time to ensure that our home security system was set up properly. He was able to answer the questions I had for him to my satisfaction.

I am very pleased with the work we had done by Woodfin. Everything was handled professional and explained before it was done. They even made sure all questions were answered before leaving and left all needed booklets and their business cards. The whole area was cleaned up before leaving. They are knowledgeable and hard working Technicians. Good job done!

I was extremely impressed with [redacted] review of the electrical systems in my home. He explained his findings and answered all of my questions clearly.

Drake did an outstanding job on the annual maintenance of our oil-fired boiler. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, explaining everything thoroughly. There was no oil odor when he finished, and he even left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived!
