we have tried to phone a [redacted] who filed a complaint against [redacted] with the Conway,Cahill,Brodeur Funeral Home, Lynn St., Peabody and have been unseccesful in reaching herWe then wrote a letter to her on December 27, responding to her complaint and as of Jan.3,have not heard from her

The vehicle in question is a Taxi Cab with 193,milesThe customer qualified for a customer support program through Toyota and that repair was performedNow year and 30,miles later another part that was not part of the initial repair has failedToyota will not cover this part because it is not part of the customer support programHowever we will work with the customer to resolve the issue

Prior to the purchase the customer requested us to send the car to get inspected and have a recall addressed at MitsubisThe customer then came to the store to visually inspect and road test the carThe customer inspected the car for over an hour and then decided to go forward with the saleThe customer contacted the store letting us know that the check engine light came on as he arrived home, about miles awayWe offered to give the customer $200.?

I want to update Revdex.com with the latest response from Priority Toyota? They left me a message earlier last week stating they sent Kea check for half the amount and another message asking me to come by for programing my radioWhen the time came to get the months free subscription radio programmed they are now saying they never came to a solution or agreed to? I will be paying for this after it was advertised and promised by several of their staff members and management.? They have no desire to follow advertisement laws or do the right thing.? [redacted]

Asddition to my complain is I still want the $check that PETER told me that they will include the CHECK to the tags that they are sending meThis $is for the battery that I purchased to the car that in bought from this dealer beacause the battery that comes with the car is always dischargedAnd regarding the warranty, I want them to include that on top of my loan like what they should do from the day of purchasedI dont want to pay for anythingALEN told me that if I pay for the warranty first then when they include that warranty on top of my loan after me paying the warranty, I should get rebate of reinbursed for what I payed for the warrantyIf that the case I want them to pay for the warranty then reinbursed it from themIf they did this the right way like the typical dealer will do we wont be in this situationand should'nt be asking me to pay for the warrantyIts clearly its their own fault from the very begining of this transaction so it should cost them all this issue and not ME Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer placed an order with us on 9/and his order shipped from NJ to California on 9/After his order had shipped we sent out an e-mail on 9/to all of our customers in regards to possible sizing issues with a specific uniform itemOnce he received his order and he contacted us, I believe the issue arose due to a mis-communicatrionHe stated he received the wrong size, upon our internal investigation, we concluded that the correct size was sentI believe what he meant to state was that the original shirt did not fit and he would need to abide by our e-mail in regards to the sizing matterBecause of this sizing issue, we have been replacing all orders that have shirts that do not fit properlyWe had begun to process a replacement for the customer on 9/when the customer last contacted us
