Prior to the purchase the customer requested us to send the car to get inspected and have a recall addressed at Mitsubishi. The customer then came to the store to visually inspect and road test the car. The customer inspected the car for over an hour and then decided to go forward with the sale. The...

I am rejecting this response because: The guy is a liar, first of all we did not check car out for an hour, second of all I ask if there was anything wrong with car (ask three people that worked there) and third of all they offered I have a receipt showing how much it cost me to get the car fixed, and one more thing they also told me that they ordered a engine cover too, they DID NOTThey told me it was in their budget to give me more, I think they should pay the whole bill to get the car fixed and pay me for the engine I bought

Asddition to my complain is I still want the $200 check that PETER told me that they will include the CHECK  to the tags that they are sending me.. This $200 is for the battery that I purchased to the car that in bought from this dealer beacause the battery that comes with the car is always discharged.. And regarding the warranty, I want them to include that on top of my loan like what they should do from the day of purchased... I dont want to pay for anything. ALEN told me that if I pay for the warranty first then when they include that warranty on top of my loan after me paying the warranty, I should get rebate of reinbursed for what I payed for the warranty. If that the case I want them to pay for the warranty then reinbursed it from them... If they did this the right way like the typical dealer will do we wont be in this situation.. and should'nt be asking me to pay for the warranty.. Its clearly its their own fault from the very begining of this transaction so it should cost them all this issue and not ME...

Mr. [redacted] obtained a loan from our World Finance Corporation office in Dallas, Texas on September 8, 2015 by a refinance in the amount of $800.00 and agreed to repay it in (8) monthly installments of $100.00 beginning October 8, 2015. Our records indicate $999.15 is currently due on the account. Mr. [redacted] stated in his complaint that he was unaware that he refinanced his loan with our company. According to our records, Ms. [redacted] signed the loan contract in order to refinance his loan and received a proceeds check of $111.54. Once the account became past due, Mr. [redacted] made contact with the branch promising to pay on several occasions. Mr. [redacted]’s loan documents have been reviewed by Mr. [redacted] and appear to be valid. After a thorough investigation, we have found no indication of the branch staff pressuring Mr. [redacted] into refinancing his account. Mr. [redacted]’s account was charged off on March 4, 2016 and has since been sent to collections. We ask that Mr. [redacted] contact 1-[redacted] to discuss payment arrangements for this account.
