particular application.  Mr. B[redacted] will see if and eta can be given to expect the parts arrival for repairs.  Once parts arrive, two days are needed for repairs.

Over the past 12 weeks has been a horrible experience dealing with the staff at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary in Columbus, GA. The points of contact are [redacted] , Funeral Director, and [redacted] Liaison, with the cemetery. My wife [redacted] passed away April 24, 2016 and had her graveside on April 27, 2016.
Me and my wife’s daughter [redacted] made funeral arrangements for [redacted] on April 25, 2016 with [redacted] and [redacted] that day and discussed several items to include the design of the crypt stone where she was laid to rest at the Chapel of The Pines Mausoleum in Parkhill Cemetery.
On June 3rd, I contacted [redacted] to ask about why the crypt stone was not in place yet and she notified me that no one had discussed the design of the stone and that I would need to come in and take care of it. On June 7th, I arrived at [redacted]’s office at the cemetery and went over the design and signed off on it in hopes it would be done in the next few weeks. Also, [redacted] tried to charge me for having engraving done without checking [redacted]’s packet first for the options that she paid for. On July 12th, the crypt stone was still not in place and I reached out to [redacted] again and that is when she notified me that she just received the print of what it was going to look like and that I needed to come in and approve it. I got into the office just before closing and approved the print. Today, July 18th, the stone has still not been placed in front of our crypt.
Do to the circumstances stated above, 12 weeks later, I am still not able to celebrate [redacted]’s life. All I have to look at is a grey hole in the wall. [redacted] tried to sell me something that [redacted] purchased many months ago. There has no attempt from Dignity to communicate with me the unfinished business that has been stated and no status updates has made making this a very miserable experience and would not recommend anybody to plan their funeral at Parkhill or use Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.

To whom it may concern,We have reviewed the concern and looked into it. We are happy to take care of the bumper paint issue. When we sell a used car, we have all of our clients sign a copy of the [redacted] report. We just re-ran the [redacted] and the car was not in an accident according to the [redacted]...

report. As previously stated we are happy to assist in repairing the bumper paint.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The response from FGMC says that it is their understanding that I am satisfied with the resolution. I don't remember being satisfied with anything this company has done. I'm sure I would have been ok if they actually came through with resolving the matter after I met with all of their conditions, but even since their last response,  I have been going through the same things I was going through when I submitted my first complaint. I am once again asked  constantly for papers that should have been asked for a long time ago. Just 4 days ago, I was asked once again for my June bank statement. We are currently in November, yet I had to submit a bank statement for June, even though I have already submitted it numerous times. I worry that sensitive information like bank statements are finding g their way into the wrong hands. Approximately a month ago I was given a short list of papers that I was told were all we needed to close the loan, but in true FGMC fashion, that list continues to grow almost daily. I see no end in sight and I have zero confidence that FGMC knows when or if this loan will close. This loan is being done very unprofessionally and with no regard for the customer. I have been more than compliant with their requests and more than patient with the unorganized way they are handling my loan. I would like this loan matter resolved asap.
Regards,
[redacted]

We have concluded our investigation into the claims brought forth in the consumer complaint submitted through the Revdex.com’s Web Portal. In case number...

[redacted] Mr. [redacted] claimed:   1.      The required assigned consultant is potentially related to the contractor.  He contacted the FGMC Draw Administrator to inform him of the consultant’s relation to the contractor, but was told we’ve been working with that consultant for a long time. 2.      He paid out of pocket for many items and was told to send the receipts to FGMC for a refund. He was told by FGMC he would not be refunded. 3.      He feels the lender is trying to force him to use the entirety of the renovation fund, which he doesn’t need at this point.   First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience and frustration Mr. [redacted] has experienced as a result of this matter. In our discussions with Mr. [redacted] regarding his concerns, we have discussed the following steps we are taking to find a resolution:   1.      In regards to the relation of the consultant and contractor, the contractor was chosen by the borrower and a third party lender chose the consultant.  Since then, Mr. [redacted] has terminated the contractor and FGMC has terminated and blacklisted the consultant.  FGMC has since hired a different consultant. 2.      In the matter of the refund, we ordered an appraisal to be completed by an independent appraiser.  The appraisal will us a value and indicate any items needed to be done to meet minimum FHA standards.  Any remaining funds in escrow can be reimbursed to the borrower based on receipts as long as the loan is current. 3.      The renovation fund amount was determined by the HUD consultant.  It is based on the contractor, HUD consultant, appraisal and scope of work.   We will continue to work with Mr. [redacted] toward resolution and, again, we would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience. FGMC’s Consumer Complaints Department works to maintain the rights of consumers through an independent and impartial resolution process.  If you have concerns regarding the resolution of this complaint, please contact the Director of Consumer Complaints at ###-###-####. Thank you.

[redacted],   Thank you for sharing the concern from the customer. We have spoken with this customer numerous times the issue at hand is bi weekly payments which the customer thinks should mean 24 payments per year after spending hours with the customer that there are 52 weeks in a year and...

that if they had a biweekly contract they would have 26 payments per year they chose to do monthly payments instead. As far as canceling the service agreement we have already sent in the paperwork. The credit of that contract goes back to the financial institution that financed the car.   Regards   Amar R[redacted] General Manager Priority Toyota Springfield
