I am rejecting this response because: No one from management at the Dealership has contacted me about mileageOne person called to ask me what my issue was and told me someone else would contact me because she could not do anything for meSince then I have received absolutely no contact either by phone, mail or email from anyone at the dealership about my mileage issueThe statement from the dealership has reached out numerous times is completely falseThis is just another example of this dealerships misleading information and it is unacceptable.

From: *** ***Date: Thu, Jun 30, at 4:PMSubject: Re: cid *** / Priority Toyota SpringfieldTo: *** *** Good afternoon,Thanks for the follow up
email . I received my title for the car I purchased, so at this point I feel it has been resolved. It was a little ridiculous how much time and effort I had to put in to get the title from this company, considering I paid them thousands of dollars when I bought the car in full. But at the end of the day, all was taken care of

I want to update Revdex.com with the latest response from
Priority Toyota They left me a message earlier last week stating they sent Kea check for half the amount and another message asking me to come by for programing my radioWhen the time came to get the months free subscription radio programmed they are now saying they never came to a solution or agreed to I will be paying for this after it was advertised and promised by several of their staff members and management. They have no desire to follow advertisement laws or do the right thing. *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
The reason why you can't convince anyone that it was a misunderstanding, even after trying a million ways, is because there is overwhelming evidence to the contrary!Losing $is not a valid justification for deceitful and fraudulent business practicesGood luck explaining that justification to a judge!

This complaint is non-sensical and frivolousThe lady dropped her car off in the beginning of She never disclosed to us that the vehicle had (five) accidents reported on the carfax reportWe had the car advertised the whole time and the first highest offer we received was $The next
offer was $We kept *** aware of each offer and she declined accepting eachShe said she will continue using us to park her car and we can sell it, but the minimum would be $From the period of April - December (when the car finally sold) she had the car advertised on *** which is a site where you offer your vehicle as a rental*** began scheduling appointments and had people show up to take the car during and after business hoursHer rental operation impacted our business and she was notified that if she wanted to continue offering her car for sale with us she would have to stop or remove her car from our propertyShe decided to stop renting it and left the car with us for saleIn December, someone finally bought the carWhen we notified *** that it was sold and that we needed her to come in to bring us the title and collect her $10500, she said ok, but then called back an hour later saying she wanted her car backShe began playing a game with us saying she wanted $or she wouldn't give us the titleShe continued this for several months until we told her she's not leaving us any option but to sue herShe finally agreed to give us the title for $10800. We would have gladly returned her car to her at anytimeShe knew thisIf we refused to return her car she could have simply called the police and we would be in a lot of trouble for refusing to give it backThis was not the caseShe used our business for storage, rental operations, extorted money from us, has made illegal accusations and slandered us.

Prior to the purchase the customer requested us to send the car to get inspected and have a recall addressed at MitsubisThe customer then came to the store to visually inspect and road test the carThe customer inspected the car for over an hour and then decided to go forward with the saleThe
customer contacted the store letting us know that the check engine light came on as he arrived home, about miles awayWe offered to give the customer $200.

*** ***? Since the interest rate was a concern we submitted to a few banks we deal with to get you the best terms available in the market placeI did review to make certain we had the signed authorization to do so which we doWe have not submitted to any banks since you left the
dealership

I am very sorry this has happenedI can assure you that this is not the norm here at Priority ToyotaThe Customer Relations Manager (Susan D***) will contact the customer immediately and address the customer's concerns

*** ***, ? Thank you for sharing the concern from the customerWe have spoken with this customer numerous times the issue at hand is bi weekly payments which the customer thinks should mean payments per year after spending hours with the customer that there are weeks in a year and
that if they had a biweekly contract they would have payments per year they chose to do monthly payments insteadAs far as canceling the service agreement we have already sent in the paperworkThe credit of that contract goes back to the financial institution that financed the car?
