[redacted] , Thank you for sharing the concern from the customerWe have spoken with this customer numerous times the issue at hand is bi weekly payments which the customer thinks should mean payments per year after spending hours with the customer that there are weeks in a year and that if they had a biweekly contract they would have payments per year they chose to do monthly payments insteadAs far as canceling the service agreement we have already sent in the paperworkThe credit of that contract goes back to the financial institution that financed the car Regards Amar R [redacted] General Manager Priority Toyota Springfield

They provided a new vehicle but we also had similar problems with itThe car Broke down and has to call some friends to come get my family and then I spend A couple hours to get a new battery in the dealer.They replaced the battery hoping that would solve the problem but it's bein only a couple days since then and too soon to JudgeWe are also seeking for some kind of compensation for all this inconvenient. I had talk to the general Manager about itHe said he would call me yesterday but He did not and I call him but no answer so far to my voice mail

The vehicle in question is a Taxi Cab with 193,milesThe customer qualified for a customer support program through Toyota and that repair was performedNow year and 30,miles later another part that was not part of the initial repair has failedToyota will not cover this part because it
is not part of the customer support programHowever we will work with the customer to resolve the issue

Asddition to my complain is I still want the $check that PETER told me that they will include the CHECK to the tags that they are sending meThis $is for the battery that I purchased to the car that in bought from this dealer beacause the battery that comes with the car is always dischargedAnd regarding the warranty, I want them to include that on top of my loan like what they should do from the day of purchasedI dont want to pay for anythingALEN told me that if I pay for the warranty first then when they include that warranty on top of my loan after me paying the warranty, I should get rebate of reinbursed for what I payed for the warrantyIf that the case I want them to pay for the warranty then reinbursed it from themIf they did this the right way like the typical dealer will do we wont be in this situationand should'nt be asking me to pay for the warrantyIts clearly its their own fault from the very begining of this transaction so it should cost them all this issue and not ME...

We have reached out to the customerHe has stated that he would like to add a warranty to his deal and then he will provide us with proofs for registrationWe are willing to oblige ** *** and add the warranty FIRST and then he will provide the proofs after he receives confirmation that the
warranty will cover any repairs he may need
