I am rejecting this response because: The guy is a liar, first of all we did not check car out for an hour, second of all I ask if there was anything wrong with car (ask three people that worked there) and third of all they offered 250.00 I have a receipt showing how much it cost me to get the car fixed, and one more thing they also told me that they ordered a engine cover too, they DID NOT. They told me it was in their budget to give me more, I think they should pay the whole bill to get the car fixed and pay me for the engine I bought.

The first payment date was changed to meet the required first payment due date in relation to the closing date. As the loan was for an investment property there was no rescission period. The loan closed on September 28, 2017 and was funded on September 29, 2017, making the first payment due date November 1, 2017. We can confirm the loan was disclosed with all closing documents properly drafted and according to the correct timeframes set by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).We have included a copy of the Closing Disclosure (CD) and the Note for your reference. While the loan was disclosed properly and all closing documents drafted correctly, we understand the new payment date was not communicated by the loan officer. We apologize for any miscommunication that occurred during the closing process. I am rejecting this response because:Clearly AD Meyer is using generic responses to initial complaint. They stated they didn't know what product I was referring to. The second order only had one product. Fact of the matter is, if it shows available on your website then the consumer is led to believe that they will receive their goods in a timely fashion. If not, then they should be notified. Each order from initial order to delivery took a minimum of 30 days without any contact from this company. Very poor relations.

We have communicated with [redacted] including our General Manager. All of the numbers were based on [redacted] having excellent credit he came up way short of that we can not extend the same rates. We are not a bank and the banks have sent a letter of  their reasoning as required by law to [redacted]...

[redacted] based on his credit. We are happy to honor the selling price of the car and trade value the rates we have no control over. [redacted] [redacted] continues to put untruths on social media rather than take accept the credit challenge. We would be happy to go over again his credit history with him.

that he had asked you several times for the June bank statement which had not
been delivered with the other bank statements provided. Your Broker had not
forwarded the documentation to FGMC but he did have all items in his possession.
He also confirmed that the documentation had not found their way into the wrong
hands.

We confirmed with
you that the reason for the additional conditions is that the manner that your
loan was submitted did not have all factors evident and as we received
conditions additional items were needed in order to get the loan to closing:
o  
Permits received
identified that there would be multiple properties on the land;
o  
An additional
appraisal would be needed;
o  
An FHA approved
engineer cert would be required.

We agreed to pay
for the new appraisal to compensate you for the delays you have experienced.

We confirmed our
team is still working to expedite your loan to closing.

We kept in contact with [redacted] by phone.  When her hearing aids came in the office called to set up fitting appointment and the patient stated she purchased somewhere...

When [redacted] purchased the car late at night  the check engine light came on which was a minor resetting of the warning light. [redacted] informed us he was traveling to Florida with his family and did not feel comfortable driving the car. In spirit of treating our guest as our number one Priority we agreed to exchange his car for another which we had to bring in from elsewhere if I my recollection is correct. While waiting on his car we provided [redacted] a brand new comparable van to drive to Florida at no charge. [redacted] decided not to take the trip. We delivered the new car to [redacted] a couple of days later which he drove off the lot and next day drove it to a family event where the battery died. We immediately dispatched our service manager to go and inspect the car himself. We brought the car back and even though it did not need to be replaced we replaced the battery. [redacted] at which point asked me to provide a monetary compensation for this inconvenience of an additional couple thousand dollars from the completed transaction. When I politely declined he asked me to provide a free dvd player installed in the van, I offered to get one done at my cost not at zero cost. The dvd player is installed at an aftermarket company I am happy to offer it my cost. Regards

Property:             [redacted], Bay Village, OH   Delivered via Revdex.com Portal   Subject:  Consumer Inquiry for account number [redacted]   To whom it may concern:   We have completed our research for the above referenced account and have provided our response below.    In case number [redacted], [redacted] stated the following:   On March 29, 2016, $548.59 was taken out of her escrow account without a bill.[redacted] has requested the funds be placed back in her escrow account in one lump sum.The customer has contacted the servicing agent, [redacted], on several occasions and has not had the issue resolved to date.The mortgage payment has not been lowered to reflect the payment.First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience and frustration [redacted] has experienced as a result of this matter.  Here is our response to these items:  In regard to the money taken out of [redacted]’s escrow account, the servicer, [redacted], disbursed $549.26 from the escrow account on March 29, 2016 to pay the MI premium.  However, the amount that was due for the month was $80.77.  These funds were sent directly to the Department of Urban Housing (HUD) to pay the MI premium.  As the amount was an overpayment to HUD, they will not return the funds to [redacted], rather they have placed these funds in an unapplied funds account.  The funds have been disbursed monthly on April 15, 2016, May 15, 2016, June 15, 2016, and July 15, 2016 and will continue until October 2016.  At this time, the payment due to HUD to complete the October MI payment will be $33.60, which [redacted] will then disburse the difference to HUD.  In November 2016 the payments to HUD will be deducted from the escrow account.  We have enclosed a payment history of the account to show the disbursement to HUD.  Please accept our apology for this error and any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.In regard to [redacted]’s request for the funds to be placed back in her escrow account, these funds have been disbursed to HUD and placed in an unapplied funds account which we are not able to return the funds to the escrow account.  The escrow account will be maintained and no further MI payments will be disbursed from the account until October 2016 to complete the payment for that month to HUD for the MI premium.In the matter of the servicing agent, [redacted], we apologize that you have not received the information or the resolution you expected.  We look to customers like you to share their experience so we may improve on our process in the future.  We have provided this information to our Servicer [redacted].Regarding the mortgage payment not being lowered to reflect the payment, as the escrow overpayment is being held by HUD in an unapplied funds account your mortgage payment will not be changed.  The payments will continue to be applied towards your MI premium monthly until the funds are all applied.  This will be completed in October of 2016 and the regular escrow disbursements will begin again in November 2016 in the amount of $80.77. If you have any questions or would like to contact us to go over the information in the letter please contact me at ###-###-#### Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm eastern standard time. Sincerely,  Liz F[redacted] Consumer Complaints Manager   First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation ® 5280 Corporate Drive, Suite B200 Frederick, MD  21703 ###-###-####  Direct ###-###-####  Fax [redacted]@fgmc.com www.fgmc.com  Attachements

Regards, mr. R[redacted] was involved just because I kind of forced him toBut he would never get my calls or return my voice mails. It was only when I went to the dealer because of All the problems that I asked to talk to him. They didn't bring any car from nowhere, in fact they rejected to get us a car just like the first we have picked on allegations of not being able to find one. The car we got from them was one that they already had in their parking lot and the same that was provided to us while they where looking into getting the right van for us. Which took about a week. I never ask for any monetary compensation but specifically for the DVD player. He did mention about doing it at his cost to what I replied that after all the trouble as well as canceling our vacations we deserved better then that " free of cost"And he said he would look into doing it.After that he didn't take any of my calls or return any of my messages.Thank you,
