 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The fact that Toyota has taken almost four months to obtain appropriate parts for my vehicle is only half of the issue. They are in the automobile business. They should be able to get parts.  As my pick-up truck is in Toyota's custody and subject to a Safety recall, I do not have my truck in this period. As I noted before and this point was ignored-- I should have a replacement loaner vehicle that provides the utility my truck provided me (that is why I purchased it from Toyota). The car I have been provided does not allow me to haul things I would typically during the vacation season (bikes, kayaks and accouterments and coolers ect... Toyota should provide me a loaner truck while mine is not available.

The customer placed an order with us on 9/4 and his order shipped from NJ to California on 9/6. After his order had shipped we sent out an e-mail on 9/11 to all of our customers in regards to possible sizing issues with a specific uniform item. Once he received his order and he contacted us, I...

believe the issue arose due to a mis-communicatrion. He stated he received the wrong size, upon our internal investigation, we concluded that the correct size was sent. I believe what he meant to state was that the original shirt did not fit and he would need to abide by our e-mail in regards to the sizing matter. Because of this sizing issue, we have been replacing all orders that have shirts that do not fit properly. We had begun to process a replacement for the customer on 9/18 when the customer last contacted us.

We continue to work with the customer to explain the resolution previously provided to the issues they have raised in the complaint.  FGMC has not found an error with the FGMC portion of the loan as this was a correspondent loan purchased after the origination.  We believe that FGMC worked with the customer to resolve a severely negative escrow shortage caused by the seller/buyer agreement at closing, which stated the buyer would be responsible for the full 2014 tax bill.  We will continue to work with the customer to resolve their concerns.Thank you - Liz F[redacted], Customer Care and Resolution Manager, First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation[redacted]@fgmc.com###-###-####

MIMI HAIR BRAIDING [redacted] [redacted] Rd,...

[redacted] SC 29607   Mrs [redacted], come to Mimi Hair Braiding to get her hair done on 3/20/2015 at 9 am. She was getting “Micro”. The lady that was doing her hair is the best micro braider in my shop. After couple hours, Mrs. [redacted] asked to use restroom. When she came back from the restroom, she was telling something concerning the braids to the lady. I was braiding someone else’s hair. The lady told me to come and I took a look to what she was doing. The client was complaining that her natural hair was showing thru braids. I tried to explain to her that her hair was natural curly and the ends are not straight. The braider was doing the back of her hair. I told her to come to the front and to couple braids and show her. She did and [redacted] said “Yes” that is what I want I try to explain again that usually the hair around the edges are thing and blends better but back like in middle with Africain-American hair are mostly thick in the middle if she wants the lady to do the same size all over her head. It will take more than a day, she and the braider will be tired. Our service is always 8 to 9 hours job. So she asked me can we use more of the human hair ?.  I said yes but the size of the braids might be too thick and you not going to like it. Well, I spend like 10 minutes explaining to her but she keeps do not understand. Finally, I asked her what do you want ? She said that it’s not her first time doing her hair here at Mimi hair braiding shop but this one she do not like it. Trust me, she used to be braided by the same braider that was doing her hair that day. Then I told here her it not your first time coming here why are you bringing this difficult for us? She said I do not have choice, I do not like it but I will let the braider finish my hair. I told her if you do not like what she is doing she will stop it because you can’t pay for what you do not like. She said I will be OK. I had refused to continue her hair because most of time, when the client starts complaining like the way she did, we always end up with police so I wanted to avoid that. Then she said I spend 3 hours already doing it but insist to let her go because she was keeping saying I do not like it but the braider has to finish my hair. I do not take customer’s money because I need money but I do this business because it’s like a passion for me; So I told her don’t worry about the braider’s time she spent doing your hair, you can just give her $30 to take your hair out because it will take her another hour to take it down. Mrs. [redacted] asked me if I will replace her hair and I told her no I cannot do that because I know her hair it not messed up, she can still use it and we didn’t steal any of her hair. I was used on her own head. I took one braid out and I showed her to see if her hair is mess up? She just told me never mind I will keep my braids and I will give you the money. She went to her car, came back and gave the $30 to lady and she left.

Customer placed two orders with our company, One order was shipped and deliver on April 5 2016 at 2:29 pm in full Order[redacted] The other others will leave our company today April 19, 2016 end of day. The customer does not give us specifics information on what the item that claims to be...

back order and still showed available on our website to give an explanation on why the status does not change. At this point the pending order will be deliver to the customer. Thank you.

The customer placed his order with us on 7/31, but as listed on the complaint it states the 1st attempt to contact us was 8/6/2017. This was a Sunday (We work M-F) and any phone calls would have gone to our voicemail. All voicemails are converted to text and sent to us via e-mail. We have...

no record of any such call/ e-mail from the customer. Even if he did contact us on that date, his package shipped from our vendor on 8/4, FedEx# [redacted]. The 1st confirmed contact with us was 8/15, where we began to ascertain what happened to his package. Once we checked his tracking and saw the package was delivered, we initiated contact with both FedEx and our vendor. At this point we were informed by FedEx that they delivered his package to an old address they had on file as the PO Box provided was not a sufficient address for FedEx Ground to deliver to. At that time we placed a claim with FedEx and received FedEx Case ID #[redacted]. As our vendor was the "shipper" we were forced to go back and forth between the vendor and FedEx in an effort to correct the problem. As our first contact with FedEx was 8/15, they began an investigation and to attempt to regain possession of his package and to deliver it to the new address provided. On 8/17 we e-mailed the customer with an update on the status of the FedEx investigation. We informed him that FedEx stated that they would to let us know by 8/18, whether they could retrieve the package. If they were unable to retrieve the package, we would begin the process of replacing said package. On 8/18, I received a phone call from my vendor that the customer has begun escalating the issue with them. At that time I shared with our vendor all of our correspondence with the customer and FedEx in an effort to supply all information to them so they also had the ability to keep the customer informed and that we were expecting to hear from FedEx that day as to whether they were able to retrieve the package. Once we received FedEx's notification that they were unable to retrieve the package, a new order was created (8/18)and placed with our vendor for a replacement. As of the writing of this response, his replacement package was delivered via UPS tracking # [redacted].

Refund of delivery charges, handling fee, tag processing fee & fuel that was suppose to be provided. Additionally all admin fees and a written statement that outline why payment was made weeks late and the parties responsible for the numerous delays.

The customers statement is 99% accurate and as the CEO I hate to see these things happen. We did ship the wrong sizes and then corrected them when we learned of the problem. Unfortunealty, It was on The eve of Thanksgiving which is one of three Holidays we close early and Fedex comes early. By the...

time we had the shipment processed and on the Dock to leave, Fedex had come and gone. Our customer service agent, did not know that and mistakenly told the officer that it would be shipped. There was no intentional "lying" on our part. We do not service the public, we have a finite group of federal officers to service which we have been doing for 25 years. We do clearly state our policies on our site and encourage every new officer to read them. [redacted]. Having said that, I will contact this officer with my appologies and give him a discount coupon to use for his next order. We do maintain 90% market share of the 40,000 Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Staff and try our hardest. Sometimes, we fall short, this I feel is one of those times. These men and women have a tough, high Stress Job, its like being in Iraq for 25 years. We try hard not to add to their stress.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]  Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Nearly every response from First Guaranty (FG) was simply not true. In fact, we didn't even get our official denial letter until after I submitted this complaint. The only reason they claim for denying us on their denial letter is limited credit experience (which they were initially absolutely fine with because my income to debt ratio is fantastic) and delinquent credit obligations (which are all on $5,000 worth of medical debt, which according FHA guidelines, medical debt is NOT to be included in the credit decision). FHA loans are supposed to make buying a house easier for new home buyers, but First Guaranty made it one of the worst experiences in my life! Now, there was no explanation at all in First Guaranty's response to my initial complaint as to why they waited a month and half before asking for pertinent information, or as to why that information (which we gave First Guaranty in good faith) was constantly being denied. The date that we started the loan process was also May 25th, not the date that FG gave. FG also knew that HUD wanted to close on July 28th, because FG told us, through [redacted], that we may be able to close on July 10th. That didn't happen, and I didn't really think it would, but FG took every opportunity to make the process harder on us. Until shortly before July 10th, there were no issues whatsoever. No complaints, FG never contacted us about any potential problems or missing paperwork. For weeks, they told us everything was fine. FG says there was no closing date, but that's not true because as I said, they knew that HUD was closing on July 28th and FG made out like everything was great until a couple weeks before that. Then, for the few weeks leading up to July 28th FG kept asking for more information, each article more pointless than the last. They asked for our lease agreement with our landlord TWICE because they either lost it or didn't know they already had it. They asked for documentation that FG KNEW we would not be able to give them because it was impossible to get. For instance, they wanted a structured payment plan from The Thomas Agency, they asked for this numerous times. Each time, we told them that the Thomas Agency does NOT do structured payment plans. How were we supposed to get them documentation that DOES NOT EXIST? And they knew full well that it does not exist! Instead, I gave them documentation showing what was being paid on, and every time a payment was made, I sent FG the receipt. It was the only documentation that the Thomas Agency would give us, that not my fault and to hold that against me (something COMPLETELY out of my hands, but which I did the best to show with what was at my disposal) is an unreasonable expectation. In fact, all the unreasonable expectations (including not being able to prove one month of rent with anything other than a money order, which DID prove that I paid my rent that month). One month out of twelve!? You're going to be THAT unreasonable? And it wasn't even an issue, initially! Not only that, but you had the proof that I paid the rent that month anyway. YOU HAD THE PROOF! You just wanted a reason to deny us the loan. And that is why I believe this was discrimination. I don't care what your "inside investigation" says, of course you're going to say that discrimination didn't happen. However, it looks awful suspicious to us, and anyone else who might see this, considering that everything was going fine until abruptly, for no valid reason (as we gave everything you asked for, despite what you claim), FG decided to give us the run around for several weeks, then not even officially deny us until I made a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. I have a mind to find out what an actual investigator, not one from within the company that wishes to protect itself, will find as far as discrimination goes. I know when I have been unfairly treated, and none of your fancy talk is going to make me believe that you didn't mistreat me; I would know, I was there! None of FG’s responses make any sense, and it's expected that they'd claim no discrimination occurred, even though it did. Have a great day! Regards, [redacted]

We will contact the customer and obtain the title so he may resell the vehicle.

[redacted],I have been personally involved in taking care of your concerns. As shared with you in person the $1000 military rebate is available for terms up to 72 month's you choose an 84 month term. I wish I could give all of military persons buying cars from us the rebate it is not up to us it is...

the bank rebate. The rate is based on your credit and the term again from the bank not our rate. As far as the undercoating goes we have done everything you have asked us to do so we are a little baffled why you continue to put bad reviews on social media and now Revdex.com. Not only as an apology for your experience we ordered a over $1200 roof rack but had a master tech spend three days taking care of the car. Regards Amar R[redacted]
