Chapter1-Now it is time to tell the truth about my experience as a Sales Representative at World Hyundai.It all started in training I must say the training was very informative very motivational. I already knew what type of Sales Representative that I was going to be a person that who sold cars with integrity and honesty. Boy was I suprise that the place that I was representing had none of that. World Hyundai continue to lie each and ever day to customers. It starts with the Business development Center, calling customers on a daily basic saying you been approve for finance with no money down that is a lie just to get the customer to come to the dealership. Erik was very friendly, he listen to my likes as I express to them the car I wanted, I like how patient he was as I choose the car I wanted. Thank You again Erik and Tommy for making this possible.

The consumer came in to cancel products on Nov 27th.  We are waiting for the vendor to issue the refund. As soon as they are available we will notify the consumer.Thank you

I came in expecting to only buy one car and ended up buying 2, ken [redacted] my salesperson was great! honest and open right from the beginning and I would highly recommend this place to anyone for their purchase! will definitely be back!

The World of Hyundai dealership is not taking ownership of lying to us as well as there is no dealership in the State of Illinois that will only be able to approve 1 car to be financed and the most defective at that on their lot. I understand being limited due to challenging credit however there still should have been more than one car to choose from. After being lied to by Erik one of their main car salesman and after the bad customer service why would we contact Erik. They calles my husband Tremel 5 daays straight pretty much begging him to come in so that they can ugrade the raggedy vehicle when he got there on MAY 25, 2015 Erik walked up to him and said you don't qualify for any vehicle. Also, without my permission and with me being there ran my credit that day and I have proof of this. It hit my credit as a hard inquiry and I was notofied through an alert. I contacted them and spoke with a lady who stated it was a miistake and they will send a letter to the credit bureaus saying it was an error.

came in with my brother and niece and my niece and brother bought a car today and I decided to purchase a vehicle, ken was a very nice salesperson and professional. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone I know!

Edwin is an outstanding sales rep. Every time we come in the dealer with a request he works over and beyond to satisfy the need. We will always return to do business with Edwin .

Great service and honest work

Had a pleasantly wonderful experience at World Hyundai in Matteson. Came in with no expectations to finance a new vehicle and Erik a great salesman was able to get me in something newer than I brought in. He definitely works for the customer, and did not try to force me in a situation that I did not want. Excellent customer service and salesmenship on Erik part. I walked away a happy customer.

Went into World Hyundia a Year ago Gotten Chris as our Sales Rep. and A Year Later We are Back And Bought Another Vehicle with Chris.and Alex .Wouldn't go through any other Sales Rep.

The phone number that was provided us the night the customer was in the dealership was disconnected the next day. We have updated news for the customer that we are able to assist him and have been making attempts with no luck based on a disconnected phone line. If the customer can contact [redacted]...

I've been searching for a car that fits me for the past month and finally I found one here at World hyundai, first of all Erik [redacted] contacted me asking because i've called before asking about cars, and he told about cars that I might be intrested in. I came in today and he showed me a few options. He was very nice and explained things very well unlike other places i've went to. I'm happy with the car they helped me choose! totally didn't think I would get a car this nice!

Mr [redacted] was a very professional sales man very self explantory, fast made it very easy to understand the terms. and listened to my brief personnal life. hes one of a kind thanks Hyundai.

After several days of investigation and speaking with the customer, it is our opinion that nothing was done incorrectly in this line of communication. We have nothing further to offer.
