The response does not justify the reason why I was publicly humiliated or why I was lied to. This company has committed fraud and a course of action should be taken against that.

Again, I state that this company publically humiliated me and requested that I come to their establishment under false pretenses. Please address the issue of public humiliation in front of my peers and please address the fact that I was brought in under fraudulent account. My credit did not inhibit me from obtaining a car that day. I was approved to drive off the lot. I did not accept the arrangement due to false pretenses that broughtme into the establishment. I was told that I would have no down payment prior to entering into the establishment with a note of $350 a month or less. I was also told by this company that, they would and its private buyer would purchase my car regardless of the total payments I had left. Please state the facts. When this company did not honor their word, I was yelled at indirectly for reiterating what was promised to me snd kicked out, humiliated in front of my peers. There was no reason for that type of dismissal. I did nothing wrong. I only came to the establishment because they called me with a promise that later on they did not keep. I am currently seeking council because of this event.

My experience today at World Hyundai was beyond my expectations. Erik [redacted] was very professional from the start, not only did he make sure I received everything I wanted in the vehicle, he went out his way to show me everything the vehicle had to offer me. I am soooo Happy and Very Satisfied with the purchase of my new 2016 [redacted], Thanks to Erik [redacted] and the Staff at World Hyundai in Matteson IL.

My husband and I purchased a car in January of 2016 from World Hyundai. In August of 2016, we purchase a new car and trade in the old car.
So I called them a couple of weeks after we bought the new car to figure out what to do about the refund for the GAP and warranty. I asked to be transferred to the finance department and spoke with whomever answered. He said that we paid a flat fee so we weren't entitled to a refund. I've never heard of that so I called the GAP insurance company myself. The rep who I spoke to explained that we had to call WH because the policy has already been cancelled. They would give us the refund. So then I called WH again. Leann explained the refund was used towards our down payment. I told her that was never explained to us at the time of purchase. Nothing was ever said about a refund going towards the car. Our contract states there was a $4500 down payment which we were told would consist of manufacturer's rebates. Leann tells me she would call me back. I wait a few hours and nothing. So I called her back and she transfers me to Willie. Willie says that was explained to me when we signed the paper work. That was never explained to me. If it were, I wouldn't be calling now. That was never mentioned to us. Ever. An honest business person would’ve had everything done in writing to cover themselves in the event of something of this nature. We didn’t sign anything that stated we would use our refund for the down payment.
I talked to Willie again the next day and requested an itemized statement of the down payment. Turns out he doesn't have anything that we signed. He said the breakdown was written in his copy after the deal was done. it wasn't done on my copy so there's no record of this and no signature that any disclosure was made that we would be using that money for our down payment. We were under the impression it was all rebates. We believe they violated the Truth in Lending Act. Steer clear of this place.

Great service despite the fact that the power went out they managed in working out a great deal. Thank you Erik [redacted] and Michael [redacted]. I will definitely refer as many people to world hyundai as I can . You guys Rock !!!!!!

My experience with World Hyundai was very satisfying. Salesperson was helpful and very honest. Would recommend World Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car.

This letter is missing so much pertinent information a blind man can see it is false. Where is SS Number, [redacted] address, and all other Credit Bureaus addresses? Plus this was sent to an outside parties e-mail address from a non business e-mail from [redacted] and then sent to me.

In an effort to keep the clients information out of the public eye, as the Revdex.com maintains such info publically, we did not include specific personal information in this transmittal. We do have a separate letter with her information so that the credit reporting agency can identify her accordingly. This already been sent to the agency.

I asked for a copy to be sent to me of what they sent to Credit Bureau. They can say anything as is there practice of doing. The only reason they said they left out information that was sent to because you sent them my reply of what was was missing. When I informed them that pertinent information was missing they resent same letter with it being Notarized at bottom through someone elses e-mail again. The Notarization doesn't mean a thing because they have a Notary at business. Notarization is for signature purposes only not content. When Mr. [redacted] sent me this e-mail he claimed this was letter he sent. I have contacted Credit Bureau and they have received no information from World Hyundai with any of my information or requesting removal so they are still lying!! How is leaving off Credit Bureaus address and phone number and point of contact protecting me.

Edwin I give him 5++. He was honest, consistent and very helpful. He got me exactly what I wanted, I would recommend him a thousand time. I thank him so much.

Erik was very thorough and professional. This was the most exceptional car buying experience I have ever had. Excellent customer service. I would recommend other customers.

I had the pleasure of working with Terri and Lisa. Both parties where very professional and was able to answer any question that I had. There was some confusion on what I was looking for, but neither one gave up which I really appreciate, in the end I have left a very satisfied customer, and will have nothing but good things to say about World Hyundai.
