All I can say is I would give Courtney 10 stars I I could. He really worked hard for me to get the best possible deal. I will be sending customers to him.

The information that World Hyundai provided is incorrect.  My phone number has not been disconnected at all no calls were made to me or any kind of message left. I can provided records from my cell phone provided if need be.  This once again shows the dishonesty this company is displaying to it's consumers.  My phone number is [redacted] and I called [redacted] for one week since the incident and no response from him.

Edwin is awesome.
I came with low expectations on my outcome but I was pleasantly surprised !
I left with a beautiful car and very pleased with the great deal !
I recommend my closest friends and family to come to Edwin

Awesome customer service I received as soon as I walked in. Erik was very helpful and found the color car I wanted right away. I will sure come back here to purchase another vehicle.

That is nice of them and I do appreciate them reimbursing my gas but that does not explain why I was lied to multiple times by management and when they called to apologize they are STILL telling me I am approved and to come back in. Not that I would buy from them after my experience. If I did I guarantee I would leave without a vehicle after being denied a 3rd time making mine and my husbands credit look worse by running multiple inquires.

My experience was very good, upside down balance on my old vehicle and World Hyundai put me in a new car with no money down and affordable payments, Will Barnett was excellent. Thanks to Erik [redacted] for setting up my get together.

Edwin and raul provided great customer service and got me a truck when nobody else could

My experience buying a car from this dealership was a great experience. The sales persons were very professional and answered all of my questions that were important to me. Their product knowledge was outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is thinking about buying a new car.

We agree that there was an error made by a representative of the dealership when discussing a 'no money down' opportunity. The fact is that due to the credit of the customer there currently is not a bank who will finance this customer. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused....

I was reffered to Erik [redacted] at world Hyundai by one of my good friends. I came in expecting to get a 2015 and I am happy to say that I am a proud owner of a 2016 Hyundai Sonata SPORT!!!!! Erik was awesome, he was knowledgeable non-pressuring and personable. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to see Erik [redacted] at world Hyundai in the Matteson Auto Mall.

My salesman Chris [redacted] was excellent. He was able to get me into a car that I truly enjoyed test driving and keep me within my budget. With this car if will impossible for me to stay off the road. Chris kept all of my concerns, budget, bells and whistles, reliability in mind. Can't wait to show off my new car and tell my family and friends about my experience.

This is my fist puchase at World Hyundai, Edwin was very helpful and got the job done with no problems; I will be back for my next car in a year. I will also refer many friends and family to Edwin.
