Edwin provided great customer service to me and my family for the second time around. Duane and Mike always help and make the process easy and hassle free. Im sure ill be back in the future for another car from World Hyundai
Willie [redacted] was my sales dealer and he was very professional. Willie explained everything in great detail. When I was unsure about something, he helped clarify things. Willie was an overall great salesman.
MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THE DEALERSHIP WITH WILLIE [redacted] AS OUR SALES PERSON. VERY FRIENDLY, AND OUTGOING, DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP US WITH BUYING OUR NEW CAR. EVEN WITH OUR CREDIT NOT BEING THE BEST, HE GAVE US THE CONFIDENCE THAT EVERY THING WOULD BE OK, AND WORK OUT AND TO STAY POSITIVE, AND THAT MEANT THE MOST TO US, WITH ALL THE OTHER CARS WE HAVE BOUGHT, THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE BY FAR. THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS SO NICE ALSO, AND VERY HELPFUL. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, AND WILL DEFINATELY BE COMING BACK TO BUY OUR SECOND CAR, AND HOPEFULLY HAVE WILLIE [redacted] AS OUR SALESPERSON.
At the appointed time on February 6, 2015, I met World Hyundai's proficient, personable, and patient sales professional Jerry [redacted]. Since he already knew the car that had caught my eye online, Jerry thoroughly answered the many questions on my "due diligence checklist." From the test drive to the close of the deal, my overall experience with World Hyundai and Jerry was a positive one. A special "thanks" goes to Edwin [redacted], a sales professional, who provided additional insight in "Bluetooth technology." I will recommend my friends to visit the Matteson dealership if they want car quality and a demonstration of a friendly and helpful sales professional staff.
Edwin is so great! He has sold my family 8 vehicles and I wouldn't use anyone else! I highly recommend Edwin for your next purchase.

I am rejecting this response because:
I knew it would be very difficult to finance a vehicle given recent personal events that have occurred and gave World Hyundai all necessary information needed to review my credit a month prior to this issue, so that we would not be wasting each others time. I also fully disclosed my credit before these promises were made so when the car salesman said he could not only get me financing but if I ran up there that evening, he would waive the down payment I had no reason to believe he was using a typical, predatory, deceiving sales technique. I did my due diligence and seen that World Hyundai was accredited by the Revdex.com. So why would a business that's highly regarded risk their reputation by blatantly lying to a perspective customer? When I came in, I was interested in a vehicle that was priced at $5,000. Allen said no, how about a 2017 Hyundai.... then "No, we can't do anything for you." Enjoy your hour ride home. The bottom line is, I am fully aware of my damaged credit, I made you fully aware of my damaged credit, I gave World Hyundai all information needed to see how damaged my credit is and weeks later I get a message out of nowhere making promises that couldn't be kept, wasting my time and money in the process.

Edwin is a fast talker but dont let that deter you. He told us some things and I felt he was over promising but he delivered on exactly what he said. We bought a good car with a good deal. We changed our minds 300 times. He was never irritated. He just kept showing us vehicles til we were happy. We never felt pressured. I suggest anyone go see him. He's a nice guy and I'll be coming back when were ready to get an SUV. Thanks Edwin!
Edwin, where should I begin! This guy was simply amazing. Not only did he put me in a new vehicle. A 2016 brand new. The customer service he provides of exceptional. Also, let me add I was only at the car lot for 1 hour and 15 minutes. So he was quick and my car payments was more than affordable. So with that being said. Go to World Hyundai. Make a appointment with Edwin. We WYNNING!!!!??
Edwin does it again for me! 6th car he's sold me and taken better than his best care to make sure I leave happy. Great dealership, great people and awesome service. I give Edwin and World Hyundai a 15 on a scale of 1-10.

I went to [redacted] and was offered a car with over 100000 thousand miles and I left with hopes I find somebody that can help me the rep at the Honda store told me about World Hyundai and them dealing with secondary financing I was shocked he did that but I ran into Chris [redacted] he is an awesome sales person he actually cares he is upfront and extremely adequate at his job he manage to get me in a 2014 [redacted] with 20000 miles im in love with my new vehicle and anybody looking for a new car look up Chris [redacted] at World Hyundai the people are courteous and really want to help not just sale a car
The entire team and esp. my Sales Rep Jared were very helpful, upfront, friendly and honest. It was a good car buying experience. We were not pressured and knew what to expect as far as car options and down pmts go right away.

My experience here at Hyundai with Erik [redacted] was great. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and caring of my needs. He was efficient with his knowledge about the vehicle that I purchased. I visited World Hyundai after viewing their selection and applying for financing online. It happened to be a day after one of the largest blizards in Chicago history, so there was not too much traffic. Even if it was busier though, I think that I still would have received quality service. I had an appointment with salesperson Marlo [redacted] to view anything that happened to be in my price range. Marlo was extremely friendly and personable, especially considering that we had the unpleasant business of discussing how much I could afford. I admit that I might have had an unrealistic view of how much I would have to spend, but she was extremely helpful. She was willing to help me find a vehicle that fit within the parameters that I specified, and I came away extremely satisfied. I came in the dealership at 7:30, and the staff had me out by 10:00. They will get my business again.
