I came here last year to get info on a 2016 [redacted] coupe and eric was very rude, asking me for my ssn and how much I make and didn't take me serious. So I purchased a 2010 [redacted] coupe from family hyundai in orland park. To I say the 2016 [redacted] at trucar at matteson and Chris [redacted] was very very nice and revived my feelings I had towards world hyundai. Before him contacting me I wouldn't even get my 2010 serviced here even tho the dealer was down the street from my house. Chris [redacted] by far is the best dealer and I have been to several hyundai's (D'Arcy Hyundai, Family Hyundai, Happy Hyundai)

My car buying experience was awesome today didn't have the best experience yesterday but Teri called me back and invited me back to the store to see if she can change my attitude about what happened on the previous day and sure enough she did she sat me With [redacted] who was the original sales person on my vehicle I bought a couple of years ago and wow he was amazing got me everything I wanted I will definitely refer friends and family to you thanks Teri [redacted] and World Hyundai!!!!!

This was my first experience coming to buy a car. I came with my mother who had purchased a car from here before and loves it. We were not pressured at all and received respect and all of our questions were answered with no run around. Chris [redacted] was our salesman and treated us like family. We will continue to do business with World Hyundai of Matteson!

Great Great experience at World Hyundai from being greeted at the door to Erik making sure the process was quick and painless! Tommy the GM did a great job of getting the payment I needed and has immediate answers when asked. The owner Scott [redacted] is always a pleasure to work with... When you walk in the door he recognizes you as if you were family. This makes you want to always come back to this dealership. There are a lot to pick from, by far this is the friendliest most inviting dealership. I will be back!
