Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was now never made aware of an early termination fee. I sold the business in May and the new owners is running under the same name. However, she is using a different card processing company. I am attaching a couple of my bank statements to show that I am, in deed, still being charged by Vantiv. Hello,We have reviewed Ms. [redacted] 's complaint. Here are the findings:The tax records to be corrected - What we have on file is that this is a sole proprietorship that files with the SSN for her as the owner. We have no records of any calls or indications that this information is incorrect or... needs to be updated.Refund for two separate accounts - We have discovered that there are two different accounts signed by two different owners under two different tax IDs. The most recent was was opened on 8/9/16, but the older one was still used up until 1/2/17. We can issue a courtesy refund of the unused months for the one opened in Sept 2016 which will amount to $364.10 and close the older account that was still being used up to Jan of this year. This should show in the bank account within 5-7 business days.Refund for months of non working equipment - This equipment was leased through [redacted] Leasing. Any refunds or returns would need to be handled through that company. The telephone number Is 877- [redacted] .Refund for months in contract of being overcharged - There is no refund due, as only one account was being used and we will be refunding the monthly fees for the open account that was not being used. All further contract time voided - this contract cannot be voided or waived. It can be closed according to the terms of the contract or the time of the contract has been fulfilled and closed before the auto renewal date. Thank you, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, Vantiv (Mercury) provides merchants the plastic cards which merchants sell to consumers and assists in the processing of such cardsAfter research into this specific consumer’s gift card, our records indicate that this consumer used the original amount uploaded on 3/12/of $on 4/13/Further research indicates that this consumer’s gift card was reloaded on 6/4/for an amount of $then used in full on 7/3/Our records further indicate an additional reload of $on 9/2/No additional transactions in connection with the card in question were located Thank You

The reason for my rejection is: The amount I have totaled for the fees and monthly charges that are not valid and not on the original agreement totaling $ They state they mistakenly charged me for an EMV device and I do not have oneThat is correct but they also charged me for Omnishield and in my original agreement, it was voided They are charging me the max amount every month for that They are also charging me monthly minimum fees, again this is not in my contract There customer service was horrible, they never allowed me to speak to a supervisor I was told, "they have no supervisors" and I was told that they would get one for me and disconnected the call and another time I was told "they all just stepped into a meeting." They obviously have no desire to assist their customers and would rather just keep feeding them lines and stringing them along and allowing another month to go by unresolved and let them illegitimately tax on more monthly fees They also stated that someone would get back to me either by phone or email in 7-days and no one ever contacted me until I took legal action This company does not care about their customers and it is unfortunate So, no I do not accept their minimal return of the fees I also now have the attention of my local representative which took months to get her to acknowledge my concerns I am going to give her an opportunity to make this right She has been successful on a credit of about 2/of my complaint Once the final amount is credited, I will cancel the remainder of my contract If she fails to make it right, I will be reaching out the Revdex.com again

Hello, We have reviewed [redacted] 's response The terms and conditions that are separate from the contract outline all fees upon closing a merchant account early We will not offer a waive of the liquidated damages, however our loyalty department is willing to work out settlement agreements on the total amount owed Please work through them to resolve your complaintThanks, [redacted]

Hello, We have reviewed Mr. [redacted] 's response. As previously stated, we do not have record of receiving a close letter prior to September 2016. The refund we provided covers his monthly fees for the month of September. We will not be able to pre date a close of his account and can not provide a further rebate. Thanks, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have attached some of the pages that were requested by myself from the Deptof Finance and the Bankcard dispute department with my bank.Pages 1-are the documents that the City of Chicago Deptof Revenue received from Vantiv Bank/Merchant Services that shows the address that was given for Vantiv BankPages 3-are documents that were sent to Vantiv Bank from the Deptof Finance in regards to the caseI requested these documents from my Bankcard center after they informed me that my money was sent back to Vantiv Bank on 11/21/2016.I was not able to respond to this email within minutes, as I was at work, at the time the email was receivedSo Vantiv Bank information is all over these documents, yet they don't handle chargebacksThe resolution to my complaint is my money being found and returned or I will need to start looking into legal actionsSpeaking with a representative at the Deptof Finance, she stated the bank has days to return the money, it took seconds for the error, yet it takes days to return moneyThe Deptof Finance states they don't know the bank address or information, so they do business with a company, but don't know information on the company??
